Crane Financial has literally performed (near) miracles for my clients. One example -- we had buyers that were turned down by another lender. They called me explaining that they HAD to move but had been declined. They said they thought they should have been approved for around a certain amount -- and asked if I could help.
I referred them to Crane Financial because I knew that if there was ANYone that could approve them, it would be Crane. Next thing I know, my buyer calls literally crying - not only were they approved, they were approved for $75K more than expected!! The buyer was able to not just get 'a home' to live in for a few years, they were able to get their dream home that they can live in for many many years.

We have used Crane financial (Kris Crane and her wonderful team) for both the purchase and refinance of multiple properties over the years.
