There will always be variances based on your stylist but Craig's cuts seems to be the most consistent in my experience. Overall a great value even if it wouldn't beat out a barber for quality of cut.

I went there in the morning and no other customer was there. There were two hairstylist waiting and the supervisor talked to me and asked if I had an appointment. I told her no then she said that I would have to wait for another hour until I could get a haircut. I was the only customer there and I just needed a quick trim, nothing special. I thought businesses are there to make money. Appointments over the phone may not show up or can be cancelled but I made the effort to come in to your store to give you business. I went else where and won't come back there again.

Haircut was excellent. Staff wasn't friendly at all. I felt very awkward getting a haircut there because I'm used to the person cutting my hair to be friendly and have a conversation with me.

Great place for a hair cut. Maddie was awesome! But please make sure you ask for someone that has experience since they hire young people fresh out of school. All of them will allow you to tell them exactly how you want your haircut.

Friendly staff. There is often only one stylist there at a time. Probably best to make an appointment for this particular location. I have always been happy with my haircuts, and it's a great deal.

They were so rude, I use to go there all the time when the grown up use to work there ,but this time I called first to set an appointment but the girl that was answering the phone said that they don't have a list yet but if I can just walk in right then they would get my hair cut. So I walked in by not even 5min after I called but and then she said ( oh I'm sorry some body just call and set an appointment) but the place is empty there were two other workers was there one was cutting someone's hair but the other two was just sitting there doing nothing! So i set there for almost an hour and still whoever called for the appointment never shows up so I got up and left!

Got in, got out. Maddie was the best and Ashley was awesome too. I went in with my two sons and they did a great job with my boys. I feel like because they cut a lot of hair, although it may be considered a cheap haircut, it's usually a great haircut there because they've been able to cut A LOT of hair.
