My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Craftsbury Inn. Our room was large, well-furnished, and comfortable. The highlight of our stay would have to be the dinner (reservations required)--the owner of the inn, Bill is trained as a French chef and cooked us our meals off a prix fixe menu. Great food, one of the best meals I've had in a while, with beautiful presentation, but yet unpretentious surroundings.
