Amazing. Professional.Creative.Delicious.Intimate.Beautiful Landscapes. Delicious. Oh, I said that. Well, twice is not enough to say it anyway. The Chef, Alexandre Bird is a food artist (in my mind) and his talented wife, Marcy Marceau makes desserts and pastries to swoon over. They take food and their business seriously. usually I am not such a big fan of French Cuisine, or even "Fine Dining" as I have simple taste buds, but everything I ate and drank there that night was like "a party in my mouth" like Guy Fieri likes to say. It didn't have any gross flavors (sorry, I said I am finicky) and the meal and the landscape made a memorable night for my husband, son, sister-in-law and myself. We hope to return some time when we can get back to Vermont. Have a wonderful meal, and enjoy the atmosphere. Bon Appetite! Annie
