  Every time I come to this Cousins Subs location it keeps me coming back. The staff (which is different every time I come) is amazing. I usually come late, they never turn me away (like other Cousins Subs do) my order is ALWAYS correct and super fresh. I don't care what side of town I'm on I will always come to this one! I literally pass up 3 other Cousins locations to come to this one. Thank you to all the staff working there, the owner should be proud! I always talk up this location, continue on with the excellent service!

  A few months ago I rated this location a 4. I'm updating it to a 5 because they are so attentive and friendly. I typically place my order online and have a great, smooth pickup experience. Today I arrived and went straight to the pickup counter. Someone on the other side of the restaurant asked if they could help me. I told them I had an online order and she went looking for it. Turns out I hadn't finished submitting it so she took my order right away. Had she not addressed me right away, I probably would have sat there waiting for a long time.

  I always order the same thing. Turkey and cheese sub with only turkey and cheese. Nothing else. Seems simple right? Apparently it's too complicated for this location. I have gone here over five times as it is on my way home from work and every. single. time. they have managed to screw it up. Sometimes they add mayo (why I'm not sure) and sometimes they will add other random things into the sub. I will not be returning to this location anymore. Complete incompetence.

  People dont know how to listen. Always mess my order up. Every time. Incompetent people that think they are worth 15 an hr just left there with another botched order. About to call corporate.

  Used to love cousin's, but lately their sandwiches are substandard compared to other sub places. Today my sandwich was flat and lacking meat and flavor and my fries were cold and overcooked

  I work just down the road from this place. I used to drive to the one on Brown Deer, but this one just got remodeled and looks great! Employees were polite and the food was delicious.

  I wish I could give this store zero stars! My son and I decided to order online and of course no garlic herb bread. This store is so subpar. Even though we ordered online we still waited 20 mins. It was a horrible experiencewe go to subway now.
