  Nice and convenient hotel. The best, the possibility to go a in a two mile range as a courtesy of a the hotel. My driver, Larry was a great and funny guy.

  I would give them five stars except that they weren't always great about closing the pool on time. Plus, their parking lot is a block away. Very friendly staff and housekeeping was excellent.

  Nice place. Nice people. There's small cafe their too. I had a shoe malfunction and their maintenance engineer came to the rescue with contact cement. Will definitely come back again.

  The vallet was prompt and very informative. The location was perfect for Tampa Bay Comic Con as it was about 1 mile away. Room was clean and the beds very comfortable. They had bags of ice instead of the traditional ice machine which threw me at first, but was fine. I had a problem with room keys not activating properly but the staff was very helpful. I left my tablet after checking out and was able to retrieve it without problem

  The customer service is pretty good at the front desk. Although, I wish the room was cleaned properly. We had to ask for new towels as they were dirty and the fridge smelled like left over beer from previous patrons.

  Wonderful experience. Valet parking or self parking available. Rooms clean and well stocked. My only complaint was the bistro pricing was a bit high especially for breakfast otherwise a good time.

  Hotel was overall great, location is perfect for exploring downtown area, rooms were nice. Pool and rec area were standard but clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot was slightly sketchy but no issues. Would recommend

  The room was very nice, although I want aware that there was no mini fridge in the room. That would have been nice to have. Beyond that, the service was great and the location is perfect.

  Stayed in a two-queen bed room. Rooms were tidy and clean. Showers and plumbing worked well. Very nice stay. Hotel staff were very courteous.

  Great experience! The staff (receptionists, valets, shuttle drivers and others) are all extremely friendly and accommodating. I would gladly stay here again. The location is also great with a walking path and many restaurants close to the hotel. I travel frequently and tend to be particular about hotels. I rarely leave reviews but they did such an excellent job I felt that I had to let others know about this place!

  Service is great and prompt. However the rooms seem a little run down. The doors are a bit janky and require you to quickly swipe the room key, pull UP on the handle, and push the door through firmly. Took a few tries the first time. Also the phone goes to busy when pressing the guest services button, but I was able to get through to the front desk by pressing 0 instead.

  Stay was totally fine. Room was clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, TV had HBO. My only problem was that my door would unlock, but not open. I asked the front desk but they did not seem concerned. They told me to try again pulling the knob up, but didn't offer to assist or accompany me. The cafe/bar area was very welcoming, and lots of business people were around. The bartender was very friendly. The location was close to multiple restaurants. I was able to walk, but the hotel offers a free shuttle that will take you anywhere within a certain radius by request as long as you call ahead. Valet parking is available for $17, self park for $13. The parking lot is about a block away.
