I brought our car in to have it fixed in your body shop. The car was completed on time and returned to us in great condition (the car had been washed and vacuumed). The people I dealt with were all very courteous and answered all my questions fully. I would definitely bring our car back to Courtesy Chevrolet to have all of our work done, and I would recommend them to all my friends and everyone I meet.
I have nothing but great things to say about Courtesy Chevrolet! I leased a car from them a couple of years ago and had a great experience. I knew I wanted to purchase a car after turning in my lease and there’s no one else I would have trusted more. Jody was so helpful and patient with all of my questions, and he went the extra mile to help me find a car that fit my needs and my budget. Misty is the sweetest too! She made the whole process so laid back and took the time to explain all of the financial details and going over the best options for me. Everyone here is genuinely kind and wants to help you, I could not recommend another dealership more than Courtesy Chevrolet!
Hi Bradley,
Thank you for your recent visit to Courtesy Chevrolet.
I want to ensure that you were happy with the service you experienced during your visit.
Do you want us to put together some additional information?
Thanks a bunch,
Jenny

Courtesy Chevrolet
Absolutely not! I came in with an offer on a car asking if they could do 30,000 out the door with 5000 down and instead of just answering with no. They ran my credit which is great by the way as I said Just to come back and tell me that they couldn’t do 30,000 out the door. You guys definitely didn’t need to waste my time and ding my credit when all you had to do was answer a simple question. I will also be posting this on all reviewable sites. Thanks for the email I almost forgot about the incident as I’m happy with my new vehicle I purchased elsewhere. They showed me real courtesy and listen to what I was saying when I said it. I will never recommend your business or pass on a referral in the future. Thank you for your time have a wonderful day.
This was the third and final failure of this dealership. The last two experiences I purchased a trucks from dealerships, last truck I was looking at a High Country.
The current experience with the collision center showed what a complete failure the dealership is. My truck sat at the dealership for a month, two weeks past the original date I was given because they could not figure out how to LISTEN to the voice mail of the claims adjuster when he said call another claims adjust because we will be out of town. I also wanted addition work done to the truck while it was there but they failed to do that because they didn't LISTEN to what I said, oil change and fix two scratches on the rear quarter panel of the truck.
The last week my truck was there I was told by the manager that it would be done on Monday. My insurance called me and said I was not covered by rental car after Monday because my truck would be done. The rental car company called, telling me the same thing. Well, Tuesday morning I had to call the insurance company, dealership and rental car company because my truck was not done. I then received a call from the rental care company on Wednesday asking me to call the dealership asking the dealership to call the rental company because the rental car company was unable to get the dealership to call them back verifying the truck was still in the shop. I spoke to the manager (again) of the collision center who replied "I doubt that" when I explained what the rental car company had told me. Implying I was lying? The manager stated repeatedly that he would call the rental car company and miss a meeting he is supposed to attend, frankly I didn't care because the truck should have been done two weeks prior.
The manager of the collision center tried to make the job sound bigger than what it was by saying there was 10k in damage. I am sorry but that is not that much damage, especially at dealership prices. I took my truck to the dealership because I was under the impression that they would do a better job than a body shop.
All the paperwork provided to me from the dealership showed that I owed a 500 deductible. They received corrected paperwork from my insurance company and I told them I don't have a deductible because I was not at fault. Their failure to LISTEN showed a 500 deductible, even on the day I was finally able to pick up my truck.
Because of the dealerships failure I was deprived of my truck for a month and stuck in a rental. Because of the dealerships failure the at fault insurance company will need to pay an additional two weeks of rental vehicle fees. Because of this dealerships failures they missed out on my buying two trucks from them over the last 2-3 years, one being a 50k truck. Prior to these three incidents I bought all my vehicles at this dealership, one trip I purchased three cars at the same time.
We went to Courtesy a few times with not great experiences but tried again for Black Friday because it was heavily advertised as having amazing deals. We did our research and talked to salesmen in the week prior and they said they would be motivated to make deals with us because they wanted to sell lots of cars on Black Friday. We did not find that to be the case. They also heavily advertised a “buy one car, get one car for $1” deal which was obscenely transparent, and a horrible deal. The car we wanted was listed as $10,500 online sale price. So then once we were interested in the $1 car, it went up to $14,500. We were like “so it’s not a $1 car, it’s a $4,000 car” which they told us on the phone the $1 cars are like 10 years old so that is probably how much they are worth anyway! So we said “well we may be interested in just buying the car, forget the $1 car” and the fees brought it up to $14,000. We asked if they would negotiate at all since it was their Black Friday sale and if they would drop below $10,500 (which the car had been listed at for several weeks.) But they said no and basically told us to leave because we were taking up their time. This was not a sale but a marketing gimmick! So much for waking up at 5am.
After a VERY VERY frustrating experience here last week regarding a missing piece, and a sales manager who hopefully was just having a bad day that was unwilling to assist me when he should have, I can finally say that Courtesy Chevrolet stepped up and went above & beyond for me today. Recon Manager Jami (Jamison) really rectified my situation and turned my perception of this business around in a matter of minutes. Every place of business has employees that may just be having a bad day or honestly just need more customer service training, but I would like to think there are more good than bad employees. Courtesy Chevrolet is no different. If you have any issues, just keep trying. Eventually you will find a reasonable, professional employee. Jami truly was AMAZING, and is definitely an asset here. He definitely deserves some recognition or maybe a raise or some extra vacation time ;) His service & just overall professionalism was MORE than I expected. THIS is why I chose Courtesy Chevrolet to begin with. Besides my experience last Friday, I have always been treated very well here, from the original sales agent, from the service advisors, even down to the wonderful cafe workers. Thank you, Jami for making this right. As long as there are employees like yourself working here, I will definitely continue to do business here and will continue to refer friends and family. Keep up the great work!! (& I hope Sales Manager Ben will take a few customer service lessons from you :)
Service for a really strange group of symptoms was easily resolved by Courtesy Chevrolet, started with Tim Jackson, my service consultant. The symptoms were messages on the message center pointing to power steering problems, air bag needing servicing, and tire monitor needing services. The solution after pretty thorough check was replacing the battery.
Tim is the Greatest!!!!!! He took my car in on a day without an appointment, that was loaded with others who had made appointments. He fit me in, got the job done, had me driven home and then back when the repairs were finished. He is such a great asset to Courtesy Chevrolet, has great people skills, and knows the product. He looks after my car like it's his! Great help like an anesthesiologist and better surgeon.
I went to Courtesy Chevrolet after finding a 2016 pre-owned Impala I was interested in on Auto Trader. My salesperson, Lamar, promptly brought out the vehicle and showed me all the features and offered a test drive. I ended up trading in my 2013 Ford Explorer for the Impala and am very happy with my purchase. The Impala is so fast, comfortable, sporty, and has lots of upgrades! All the employees I interacted with at the dealer were friendly. I paid cash for my car, so the only interaction I had with their finance department was them filling out the purchase agreement and related documents. I would buy from them again in the future.
I Have been shopping for a Tahoe for about 3 months now. Trying to get the best price for my trade in and the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I live all the way in surprise and came in with no expectations and left with the vehicle we wanted and needed. The staff was amazing and took care of us. Ivan our salesman worked for us and helped us get an even better deal than we expected. I've been to about 10 or 12 different dealerships in the last 2-3 months and these guys were by far the best and most helpful.
'Courtesy' is the right name for the company. Everyone is so pleasant to deal with - from the service writer to the cashier. They always give me a shuttle ride to work and back while they service my truck that I bought there in 2008. The drivers are always so nice and friendly, and are good drivers, too.
One thing that sets this dealership apart from others is their appreciation of Veterans. Their complementary service for veterans is wonderful. It is so nice to be appreciated.
The complementary car wash is nice, too. I had it washed two days ago but some rain and dust destroyed the clean truck. Courtesy made it shine again.
Tim Jackson is the best service writer I have ever dealt with. I hope he is around forever. I trust him implicitly to give me the straight scoop about my vehicle and what it needs.
I went to Courtesy Chevrolet Friday afternoon to see what they have. I told my salesman Fabian that I just wanna look around, and he didn't try to urge me to make up a decision. I told him what I'm looking for and what my budget is, and then he recommended some cars that met the criteria. I left without buying a car because I wanted more time to do more research around the valley. Fabian was showing respect to my choice and told me to make the best judgment for myself. I am one of those people who don't like to deal with salesman, but Fabian didn't give me that impression; instead he was being respectful and understandable, in which I feel less stress and nervous.
After researching and car-hunting around the valley, I decided to come back the next day and test drove the 2011 Hyundai Sonata. From test-driving to deal-making, Fabian was being super friendly and considerate. He made sure that I fully understand what I needed to know about the car and that he explained well. Fabian is also very caring that he searched around the store trying to find a phone charger for me.
This is my first time buying a car from a dealership, and the experience has been great and not a lot of hassle/stress. Definitely recommended!
Amazing customer service. Right from the start people were very helpful. My guy Joe Mitchell got me my dream car for a cheap and reasonable price. Ask for him when going to Courtesy because he knows almost all answers to your questions.
Sales and service were awesome. Everyone from sales, to finance, to insurance were so pleasant and helpful. Strongly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet! Would definitely buy from here again. Chris and Eddie were a great team to deal with. Thanks again!
We just purchased a Tahoe Premier. This has been the easiest process I've ever experienced. Our sales rep Gustavo Maldonado was great! He was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable on what we needed. He went beyond our expectations to make sure we got the vehicle we want it at the best price possible.
It was a refreshing difference from the other car salesmen we had dealt with at other dealers. Ivan was extremely helpful in getting us what "WE" wanted at a good price. No shell game there thankfully! When my husband is ready to upgrade his truck we will go back there and deal with Ivan. I would recommend him to everyone. Great experience!
