We have stayed in numerous hotels in pigeon forge/ Gatlinburg. This one is definitely my top pick. Service was excellent. Room was newly remodeled with a full fridge not just a mini and also a microwave. Was very clean and definitely couldn't beat the price. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.

I booked in a hurry with the only concern being how close we were to the convention center. I didn’t realize how sketchy it would seem when pulled up, with actual graffiti spray painted on the wall... but the room was surprisingly very clean and comfortable. We had a problem with some people next door to us running up and down the walkway with a taser and then bagging on the walls and I guess jumping around in the room for a few hours but when I called the desk, after telling them to be quiet with no results, they shut up. Probably would only stay here in this situation when we aren’t really here for a luxury vacation. The place served its purpose.

You get what you pay for. Staff was super nice. They don’t wash there comforters and our bed had hair in it, so when we went to leave I stripped our bed. They really don’t do a good job cleaning, but overall it was an okay place to stay. We got our room off Expedia and paid 189$ for 2 nights.

We stayed here for a week and had absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend the Jacuzzi/king bed suit. Bed was memory foam and had NO BEDBUGS!! Had a full size fridge and freezer which was good to keep snacks and drinks cold. The location was probably a mile from downtown. We could have easily walked to the strip but we are just lazy people so we drove everyday lol. Bathroom wasn't the biggest but worked well for showering and using bathroom. Jacuzzi was a nice way to end each day. Takes a little while to fill up but nothing to complain about. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Not to mention was the cheapest in town for a week!

One star only because I had to to leave a review....
I'm not real sure where the other reviews came from...when we arrived at the room it was dirty, no pillow cases on the pillows, walked across the floor it was sticky with multiple stains on the floor next to the bed...and smelled as bad as it looked. I went back to the lobby, to turn the keys in and get a refund, and was asked what was wrong with the room. I explained what we had seen and the smell and was charged a $50.00 cancelation fee.
The pictures are not of the rooms in this hotel, I cannot say enough of how discussed we were in the whole experience.

We called 5 minutes before arriving to see if they had anything available. We had been driving all night & our room with another hotel was still not available at check in time. The staff at country town n suites was extremely friendly, gave us an immediate room at an amazing price and we were checked in, paid and in our room all within 20 minutes of calling the hotel. The room was very clean, easy access to the rooms and easy to get to and from downtown Gatlinburg. It was definitely worth the money and we highly recommend this hotel. The staff is amazing! Thank u guys so much for helping us out with a room at the last minute, we will stay with u again!

We stayed in July and the room we had was very dirty and it was obvious it had never been cleaned properly as there was dust everywhere and on everything. The sheets were never changed and only one bed was ever made, again never changed. As we were leaving we found a bed bug on the bed my husband and I were sleeping on. I had to wash everything when we got home that night, make everyone take their clothes straight to the wash and shower and was worried for weeks about them being in our home. I understand the devastation from the fire, but that's no excuse at all for the experience we had. That should make it even easier to keep up with the rooms available.

The service was great for our overnight stay. Everything was clean and loomed great. The only issue (small) was that there is a tv channel guide in the room, however, it did not correspond to the channels available. Not a big issue for just an overnight stay.

At first I was weary because from where we live a Motel is a scary name, but being in Gatlinburg Motels seem really nice. So I gave this place the benefit of the doubt, especially after the fires the town had to experience last year. From the beginning I was disappointed because our bed sheets had stains all over them, but again I shrugged it off and said ok maybe they couldn't get those ones out. Then one thing after another started to keep my hopes for the place going down. There were stains and handprints all over the walls. A lady came in to "change" our bed sheets, but they were never changed she only "made" our bed because I knew what stains were there and she only did one of the beds. Granted we got new towels every time, but those were also stained. It was just all around very sloppy for the money we were charged ($150/night). Nothing was clearly ever dusted, the floor was obviously never vacuumed, and as I was cleaning up our things to leave I noticed a bug on the bed my husband and I were sleeping on. I looked at it and thought, " oh we've had the door open for a bit taking things to the car it probably came in during that." But then, as I thought back to my experience here, I googled images for bed bugs for the heck of it to ease my mind because my husband said he had noticed a bug bite on his hand, "probably just a spider bite" he says. NO! It WAS a bed bug! I am completely horrified! My two kids and my husband and I spent 3 NIGHTS in that room! Being nice and not complaining about the messiness of the place and being kind and whatnot. How absolutely ridiculous! I know how they can hide in suitcases and bags so now I have to wash everything when I get home, even things that are clean. What an inconvenience. We are definitely not staying here ever again and my husband and I love coming to Gatlinburg to go hiking and get away from the city life. 👎🏻

My room was nice/clean. But there was only decaf coffee in the room, and the soap/lotion/body wash dispenser didn't work.

Room was nice, nice balcony area. A little further walk than what we are used to when visiting the area, bed and pillows not comfortable at all.

Very clean and friendly! They are recovering from wild fires but are trying really hard to make sure the rooms they have remaining are nice. Our room was lovely! This is the best place we've stayed in Gatlinburg for the cost! Please give them a chance! They need our support to recover from the fires!

Great location. It's about a fifteen minute walk to the strip. The rooms are VERY CLEAN! It's a great value. The staff seemed helpful, and the room was comfortable. No condiments for coffee in the room, so make sure to bring your own, but the front office does provide more coffee if needed, as well as doughnuts. Our room looked like it had just been remodeled. All in all, we had a pleasant visit.
