Worst by the minute. Check in lasted an hour and I was passing by for one night so I was there waiting from 11 pm until midnight. Room was deceiving. Look clean but I found an alive cockroach in a drawer and a chair with some oily stain (wishful thinking it was oil). They said is remodeling but if you see previous reviews they are remodeling since May 2017 and is December 2017. Breakfast BEWARE! Uncooked eggs and reviews before mine talk about the eggs and even food poisoning. Now the last straw. I have been charge $50 and might expect that back in 7 to 15 days. This place is a trap! Not sure how they get positive reviews and charge so high when all negative are true. Also my reservation was for a king bed and I was told there were non available that I can take an full bed or leave. The weird thing or trick is that they act really nice to you.

Beware of this place. The guest service was spotty, dirty floors and had to request clean sheets. Also there was an error with charges placed on my credit card.

Very courteous staff and a very nice place. It’s also right next to Wendy’s if you want a quick bite to eat.

The staff were very nice. The breakfast was good. The room want very clean. There was trash in the room, and food left in the fridge. Overall, the hotel want to bad. The beds were comfortable and I slept great.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL!!!! MY FAMILY AND I WERE ACCUSED OF STEALING THE BED RUNNERS THAT GO AT THE FOOT OF THE BED AND WE WERE CHARGED A TOTAL OF $500 BC WE HAD 2 ROOMS. WE WERE NEVER CONTACTED IN REGARDS TO THE MISSING ITEMS AND THEY CHARGED THE CARD BEFORE WE EVEN LEFT THE LOBBY!!! THIS IS SAD THAT YOU PURPOSELY CHARGE SOMEONE FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT TAKEN AND WHEN I RETURNED TO THE HOTEL NO ONE WANTED TO SPEAK ON THE MATTER AND THE POLICE WERE CALLED. I'M NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY PEOPLE HAVE TO BE SO LOWDOWN AND PURPOSELY TAKE FROM OTHERS! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE BC YOU COULD BE FALSELY ACCUSED OF TAKING SOMETHING AND IT'S RIGHT IN THE ROOM!!!

Visited with family that was in town and used the pool house amenities. The kids love it and I enjoyed spending time with my cousins. Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Had some issues with my room the main one being.my AC leaked so my floor was wet on that side of the room. It could use some updating but the staff is friendly and it is close to a lot of fast food near by.

Hotel was very accommodating to our unique schedule for checking in. Room was very cool with basic essentials for toilets. Interestingly, it had a microwave and freezer, which was very convenient for our needs.

Fitness center is not really a fitness center, if you want to call 2 treadmills and a eliptical a fitness center. The walls are very thin and you can hear the other visitors while they talk. The rugs were in need of cleaning but they were not bad. The staff was very friendly and the hot breakfast was very good and the dining area was very clean and organized

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My room had easy access to both stairs and the elevator. The floors felt weak and shifted in some parts and I could hear my upstairs neighbor walking around their room all night. Even though they were not walking hard.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Please pass this place. They charged my card for two rooms we did not check into and refused to give our money back. We booked our room and extra room for a family member and when they tried to check in the front were told there weren't any rooms available, even though we were told earlier that same day that it was booked. then still charged my account for the extra room and also charged for a "no show" fee (equal to one night stay) when we indeed stayed in the room. The manager then basically called me a liar and refused to refund me. TERRIBLE customer service. They are stealing money and a lawsuit should be filed. Give them your credit card information at your own risk!
