They put dirty sheets on the beds!??! Do they wash the towels or are we reusing someone else's dirty towels??? Trays & tables dirty They DON'T clean the rooms!!!!

Loud tapping sounds coming from second floor' s ceiling all night long. Breakfast bar was excellent, except the fake scrambled eggs (recommend you avoid the eggs!). TV doesn't maintain signal strength. Floors not vacuumed. Walls cracked around & above bathtub not good. No newspaper.

Much nicer than last time. Very clean, large room. Fast Internet and TV working great. Free breakfast and free dinner on Wednesday, nice.

The rooms were great the beds were soft. The shower was awesome although it did lack an exhaust fan so things got a bit foggy. We were located in the first floor by the pool but it was super quiet.

Really a nice place. Great beds. Clean modern bathrooms. Breakfast has everything you can ask for a breakfast. Great small swimming pool. Across the street, there is a supermarket and places to eat. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours. Microwaves and small refrigerators are in every room.

Very nice and clean facilities. Super friendly staff. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Included breakfast was great, free WiFi. Overall a great experience.

It's a nice facility, however I feel the website's representation of the rooms is misleading at best. We booked a room that was supposed to have a pullout couch for the kids and a separate master bedroom for the adults. We ended up with one mid sized room and had to share the bed with our child. There was no privacy for the adults unless we wanted to go hide in the bathroom. We made the best of it, but feel the hotel left a lot to be desired.

I stayed here for 5 weeks and the staff here are nothing short of amazing. Shekira and Nicole are the friendliest people you've ever met and will do anything to make sure your stay perfect. There are tons of restaurants and a mall only a couple miles away. The next time I'm in Dayton, i will definitely stay there.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly, but it was in need of some upgrading. The sheets on the bed and the shower curtain had small holes in them. The bed was also lumpy. The ceiling creaked when someone walked in the room above mine, but that probably wouldn't be an issue if you stayed on the third floor. Other rooms could also be in better condition than the one I got, so my room could be an anomaly.

Generally a good place to stay at a moderate price, making it a very good value. Hot breakfast included with the room is good with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, etc, though not as extensive as a full buffet. Snacks at night are a nice bonus. Rooms are clean with reasonable space and good amenities -- fridge and microwave are good quality. Room lights are harsh CF type, and the decor is plain. Discounts at nearby restaurants make for convenient nearby dining. Very handy for visiting WPAFB Area B and museum. Not fancy, but a solid choice with very good value.
