Amazing job. Drove over 2 hours to buy a vehicle with this being my 5th car bought there. As promised, my vehicle was ready the same day with the salesperson, Curt Meinel, even coming in on his day off to deliver the vehicle! Bravo!

It feels like they wanna sell you parts. I go in for one thing and they want to sell me struts and a battery. Well I never had any trouble with either. Labor cost is enormous, while you wait forever for them to do paperwork.

Horrible absolutely horrible took over 2 hours to change oil and rotate my tires have worked in service industry and would been fired for this slow rate of pace

I hate to have to post this. I have friends that work here and it's my home town dealer but wow. I had a set of BFG KO2 tires mounted and balanced for my '15 Duramax. I asked for them to also grease my front end as I was about to leave for Texas. I checked the next day and not one fitting had been touched, this is the second time I asked for this and it was neglected. I then hit the road and obviously the tires weren't even close to balanced. I go to Discount Tire who I bought the tires from and get them balanced. It's a little better but still have a bad vibration coming and going. Today I bring the truck in for a road force balance and it was found that water was left in all of the tires. Country club also aligned my truck so now worried about what kind of half @$$ alignment I got. The girl that helped me in service was nice at least.

Had service done on our vehicle this past weekend. Early morning appointment with my 3 year old. Service Manager noted I was with her and the service team gave us special attention not to keep us waiting longer than her attention span would allow. The effort was appreciated and made the trip fun for her and I.

Traded in a 2007 Hummer on a 2016 Arcadia and got an awesome deal. After I had my car 5 months I had an issue with the radio that made my car lose battery power. I was given immediate attention, issue resolved and even had an OnStar recall corrected. Penny was my service rep and she was Great! Highly recommend Country Club Motirs, helpful, caring and knowledgeable folks.

It took as long as I expected. The people were very friendly and they even washed my truck when they were done. Good Job!! My truck was there for an oil change, checked brakes, rotated tires and repaired left front tire.
