Nice store but the people didn't even acknowledge my presence. Not many in the store. I was actually looking for a sewing machine but figured if they didn't have time to say hi customer service was out of the question. Probably won't go back, nothing out of the ordinary! I went to a different store and purchased supplies, their loss.

Amazing. My friend and I went in yesterday (Tuesday Nov. 22) to get some things sewn and embroidered. The staff was not only kind and helpful, they went above and beyond and did the sewing for us! They also had everything we needed and we needed some very particular items I've gone to Jo-Ann's in the past but as long as I live in Provo, I'll be going to the Cotton Shop for my sewing, threading and fabric needs!

I bought a sewing machine here and love it! It came with a free class to teach me about the machine which was very informative! My only problem is that when you come to buy something the staff are often inattentive and you have to work to get help when they seem to just be talking to each other. But when they do help you they are very knowledgeable so I still came back.
