Visited store in Dalton many times only to find the staff unhelpful and rude. The owner has been there on multiple visits and was probably the worst. We have purchased many items form this location but as of today we won't be back. I have heard this from others but I thought it may have been isolated incidences but I think this comes from the top down. I wish someone would have posted this for me to read. I will drive to Chattanooga or Atlanta from now on.
