If I could leave a lower review I would. This is the worst bank I've ever joined. I would never recommend someone to join this bank either. I drive to a hour away and fraudulence is reported on my card. I call a phone number twice about getting my card working again and I even change my pin, try to use my card just for it to be declined. I go in the bank in person the next day to be bitched at by a woman who tells me I'm at fault and I get my card reactivared and it still doesn't work. I was in the bank twice this week to withdraw money and get a city check and no one tells me my account has a fraud warning. This woman lies to me and tells me the bank tellers wouldn't see it, no bank would allow a person with a fraud warning to withdraw money from an account. Now I still can't use my card three days later and am being told I have to return to the bank after I was called a liar on the phone saying I wasn't me after I gave my card number, expiration, code on the back of the card, my social security number, my account password, my security questions and everything just be told over and over again that it wasn't me because I called on my work phone and not the number they had on file. I'm calling the better business bureau and filing a claim against them. I'm absolutely done with this bank. If you love being harassed join this bank.
Very nice employees. They answered all of my questions and were happy to help!
Pretty pissed they stole the GameCube logo but they gave me a loan so.
Experienced, friendly staff. Highly recommend them for your banking needs. Better than a bank, anyday!
Great experience no complain
I haven't had a problem with this bank so far. I have had an account open with them for 5 years.
I drove from Watertown to N Tonawanda at the behest of a credit union representative in order to both update my personal information and to setup direct deposit into this account.
I visited the north tonawanda branch, where i believed everything was accomplished. However, 5 days later, i discovered the account was closed and my direct deposit is floating in no mans land. The bank manager is working to resolve this issue now. When i have an answer, i will provide you with an update
