We used Corley Funeral Home for my grandmother’s service and I can not express how wonderful the whole experience with everyone here was! They were absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. They worked with us on payment arrangements and were so respectful and sympathetic through the whole experience! Carlos and Kyle made the whole process so easy during a very difficult time for us and continuously checked on us to make sure we were doing ok as well as making sure everything was how we wanted it! They made the memory and experience of our last goodbye to her so beautiful! Thank you so much for everything, truly there are no words to express how thankful we are for you!
If a funeral service could be perfect under the circumstances, Corley’s provided it for me and my family. From the start of planning and initiating all the requests, each staff member shared compassion and delicate detail to every request made. Unfortunately three weeks later we found ourselves at another well known, local funeral home and the experience was no comparison. The latter experience was cold and impersonal. The demise of our loved one was not approached in only a business manner like the other funeral home, but was truly appreciated and much more welcoming. Corley’s provided comfort, dignity, and the upmost professionalism during our time of mourning. The staff willingly accommodated in a manner of guidance and support that allowed us to grieve as we most needed. The bereavement following my father’s burial has been top notch as well, truly extending the services and care. I really could not have asked for better service because Corley’s provided it all.
I can't say enough good things about Corley's. They were 100% professional throughout every aspect of my Mother's funeral; extremely patient & very accommodating without pressure when it came to planning how best to honor her. You just don't realize how much you need the guidance of a calm professional until you are hit with the reality of losing a loved one and needing to make these final arrangements. A big thank you to the whole staff for doing an excellent job.
When Corley's took over all the angst in terms of planning and execution of the funeral disappeared. They were sincerely empathetic and relieved us of the burden of the whole process. We believe it is their culture.
The people are really caring and helpful. My brother was cremated somewhere else without my parents consent. I had an urn bracelet made. I asked the funeral home in Ft Worth if they could help me put his ashes in. The man was rude and said for an extra $500. It was ridiculous. I went to Corey's and they put my brother's ashes in for free. They are so nice. I highly recommend this funeral home.
