Core Design Inc. is a great company, with a knowledgeable and hard working staff. They are always responsive and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to perform surveying, civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture.

They are extremely incompetent and waste your money with their lack of knowledge. Something they should know from the back of their head like required setback took them a month to figure out and realized they had made a mistake. I wouldn’t trust them to do any of the work and there is a reason why everyone else is so busy when their schedule is wide open.
