HORRIBLE!!!!!!worst service i have ever had in my life,I've been paying my payments on time for 2 yrs!!! I had trouble missed a payment and they are showing up to my residence when I'm not home,and calling family members telling them I didn't make a payment,even after explaining my situation, they still show up trying to take back what I've been paying 100$ a month for!! for 2 yrs!!!the manager is corrupt and heartless

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I brought in my laptop COMPLETELY useable I had even shown my mom some pictures on it as we were driving to drop it off. When we arrived an employee allowed the computer to fall backward, further damaging it. He did not tell his manager he had caused it and allowed the manager to blame it on me causing the damages to not be covered by warranty. To give you an idea, the bottom left corner on the screen had split open and was just an inconvenience so I wanted to get it fixed before it got worse. After the employee had let it fall, the laptop could not close properly, it sat crooked, and EVERY side of it was split open to where I could really see everything inside.They had tried to tell me I used "such force" (their words) to break my computer. They said they could not cover it and to take it to Jackpine. Frustrated, I took it to Jackpine and the man there told me the ORIGINAL damage was caused from a manufacturing error with the hinges being too tight.NOT MY FAULT! I dropped my computer off during my Spring Break, so no later than the last day in March and here I am April 20th, and still have not received my computer. Today I called and got SERIOUS ATTITUDE from the man that I asked about when my computer would be back (which so happens to be the man that broke it further) that I had not dropped my computer off any more than 2 weeks ago. POOR SERVICE. RUDE EMPLOYEES. DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!!!

This branch of CR is corrupt, ie The Manager, and will do anything to try and keep the payments you give them as well as steal back the merchandise that you paid for. The district manager knows it and so do the employees. I've been told this by at least 3 victims that have rented from there. Criminal!
