Put a deposit to hold the venue for our reception. They have a deposit refund policy set in place. We were ok with them holding the amount in contract to get our deposit back. They then told us we would have to wait to get our deposit back until more people book the venue because they pay there bills with the bookings. We were ok with it for awhile, but we have been owed back $1,500 for about 9 months now. Kinda ridiculous to run a business and people that gave you there hard earned money you can not refund in a timely manor. Now I sent them an e-mail telling them it is unacceptable and they could not even reply back.

Was a very awesome place to have our reception. The staff was wonderful, very nice, and went well above to accommodate everything. It was nice and spacious and so beautifully decorated inside. Would recommend to anyone. They always answered their phones, and it was nice that they bagged and put all of our food and drinks away. We did not have to worry about anything when the reception was over. Give them a call to book your next event!

The Beautiful Continental Country Banquet Hall is a venue for celebrations and gatherings. The new venue opened January 2017, and is located at 827 U.S. Highway 224 in Nova, (Northern Ashland County) OH. The event center has a large parking lot. The CCBH hosts weddings, receptions, anniversary parties, vow renewals, proms, graduation parties, showers, birthday parties, reunions, holiday parties, seminars, and other events.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. You wouldn't expect the inside to be that well put together from the looks on the outside. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover! The entire staff was helpful the whole way and my wedding/reception turned out perfect. I couldn't have been happier. My only complaint was she seemed to have her own vision/opinion of what a wedding should look like. But she didn't force anything and it ended up being a beautiful day ❤

Dorothy and Roy are amazingly helpful! Anything they can possibly do to make things run smoothly and less stressful. They went above and beyond to help with things they didn't have to! Everything turned out beautiful!!! Thank u so much Roy and Dorothy!!!
