Brasure's Carpet Care is just the best! You talk to real--and very polite--people when you call. In dealing with them, I feel as if I'm back in the good old days at the beach when handshakes sealed deals and you knew you could trust family businesses.

We have a gold/beige wool and jute carpet that was dirty and stained from my trying to clean up our black Lab's "accident." The people picking up the rug told us that it would probably come back looking the same--or worse, but we asked them to try and gave them a check for half the charge. Because we needed the rug back earlier than their scheduled time, Brasure's went out of their way to get it back. When the guys arrived with the rug, they apologized for not being able to get the stain out and returned our original check--"Mr. Brasure said he didn't feel right charging us for the job." But here's the thing--yes, you can still see the stainbarely, but the rug looks amazing.
