Helpful staff, a convenient location and a nice selection of hardware, household and lawn/garden products, plus a seasonal plant center. I don't recommend the Do-It Best brand paint, but this location was remodeled a few years ago to be a paint/decor center.

I shop here often & usually have good experiences. However, I wish they could find a way to provide better service to paint customers because the person who mixes the paint is rarely in the paint area. If the store gets a little busy, good luck. Today was a bad experience trying to get and pay for the paint. Not the first time I've had an issue, but definitely the worst.

Locking the door a minute or two early doesn't seem like a big to an employee. But to the customer who just drove there and was walking up at 558 to a locked door and some yelling sorry we are closed it is a huge pain in the ass. When you are able to get in I do enjoy the service and buying from a local business.

Great local hardware store. The employees are friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to ask employees for help finding something. They'll almost always locate it faster than you could wandering the aisles. Plus, there's free popcorn when you walk in!

Connolly's Do It Best where Customer Service is King! I was graciously and patiently tutored about paint by Jim VanderKlay. It was immediately apparent the vast knowledge and experience that Jim had with Benjamin Moore and the other paints that Do It Best carried. He also shared with me the similarities/ differences and history of other name brand products. I then went to Sherwin Williams to glean knowledge about their products. I was the only customer in the store along with three sales associates. Two of the associates never looked up and the associate that did speak, could not answer any of my questions and only read to me what it said on the can. I will be getting all of my paint from Connolly's from now on.
