U should never go here everything at party shack is much cheaper an way better quality. The clerk lied to me about a product i had purchased ..an after I found out it wasn't what she said it was she refused to give me my money back an told me I had to leave the store. Never even left with the product. The worst customer service I have ever encountered an im a local so I will tell everyone

Wouldnt let me in because my ID "wasnt valid" to the state.. and he was super rude about it. Some new little white guy at the front. Only ever came to this store before but definitely will not be back and will not ever mention to anyone :-)
