This place sucks ass wouldnt buy anything from them, wouldnt even let them work on my bicycle. Sales rep was nice guy but they must of slapped an inspection sticker on just to sell the car we bought. Wheel bearing blew out going down the highway check engine light came on, head gaskets are bad. Bravo darcars bravo

Bought a used 2010 maxima there. There were two blown cv axles so they sold me some junk warranty. Called the warranty company and they looked at it and they wouldn't fix it. I called this dealer to cancel my warranty and it's been 3 months since cancelling it and my lienholder hasn't been refunded the difference. I called them trying to figure out why this is and they told me they'd call back and never did. Don't buy add ons. Its not worth it. Just fix your used car yourself or have someone else do it.

Glad I am staying away from this place! I made the mistake of not reading reviews before driving an hour and a half ONE WAY to look at a car. I called the salesman and told him I was on my way from near Baltimore and would be there in the evening to please clean the car up and have it ready for me to look at. He said he was leaving early but the car would be ready for me and he would let them know I was coming. Wow is all I can say about first impressions! The car looked like it been sitting out in the desert for a month it was so dirty. The battery terminal had a huge lump of acid build up on it, there was an old tire in the trunk, no rim, no spare just an old tire, the interior panel in the trunk was hanging off with missing screws as if it was being worked on, it had clearly had a new stabilizer bar installed in the rear. No one there including the original salesman could tell me a thing about the mechanics of the car or explain any of my findings. After some serious searching, there were scratches and dings all over the car which is why I assume they left it completely dirty so they would not be seen. I met with the “new” manager who just recently took over and he seemed like a nice enough guy, but I specifically asked them to send detailed pictures of the entire vehicle cleaned up to me the following day along with an update on all the mechanical issues I discovered and why it had failed inspection, which he said they would. Almost a week later someone finally called to see if I was coming back to look at the car. Too shady for me.

I don’t believe any of the reviews on the other site as they are all so positive and if you notice key words pop up time and time again. These google reviews I can believe after my brief experience. No warranty so they want you to buy theirs and as seen in so many reviews of people who didn’t get it and soon after purchasing here got burned with a car in need of something.

Horrible. Had the same emissions problem the other reviewer had. A couple thousand dollars later to repair the undisclosed issues to get the engine light off to the pass emissions and more than one trip back. Now they are still refusing to issue plates because the "vehicle didn't fail." They said no lights came on so the vehicle didn't fail but more miles need to be put on. 100 miles were put on just to get it back to the place. We were allegedly given a print out for the cost of parts needed to be repaired. First it was the wrong parts, second it was an incomplete list. Do not go to this place. You will absolutely regret it.

I am writing an honest review to help car buyers save their hard earned money.

I bought a car from DARCARS. First walked into the dealership and got a sales person. He was a nice polite guy. Nice guy. We looked at couple of cars and bought one the same day. This is why I am giving 2 stars.

I drove the car home. 5 miles from dealership car engine light comes on.Then I realized why they couldn't do the emission test the same day. It was because of Engine Light Problem. Make sure all dealers will get the emission test done the same day before buying. If they say come after few days "DO NOT BUY THAT CAR".

I called the DARCARS and they said they will fix the engine light. Took the car into the dealership to fix the engine light. The guy in the service department was very rude and acted as if he was doing us a favor. They fixed the engine light but very bad customer service. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE at service department.

    Final Contract Tips:
I paid $800 for a GAP plan which is absolutely useless. Be careful and make sure you DO NOT BUY GAP plan. Please read contract thoroughly. Do not sign without reading. I made the mistake and paid the price. Just pay for only what you need. Do not be scammed into useless add-ons to the price of the car.

    Never Going Back.

Hope this helps someone buying a car and save their money.

Worked with Eric and he was great, very helpful. It took probably 2 or 3 weeks to get my deal worked out as I was an out of state buyer with a co-signer in a third state, but he stuck with me and made it happen. Great service, great communication, great experience!

I would not go to these guys again. I bought a used Mercedes Benz from them and after the deal was already made and I had committed to purchase the car, they informed me that they do not have the keys to the roof cargo on the top of the car and the manager on duty did not even have the decency or the professional courtesy to walk up to me and offer me even an apology, yet alone a compensation for the time and the money I have to spent getting a new set of keys for the cargo. After a month, I am still trying to find a solution for the issue which they knew about and did not tell me. Misrepresentation, intentional or out of negligence, must not be tolerated, even by a used car dealership. Also, they put that inspection sticker pretty quickly on any car that comes their way so that they can sell it, but as it was the case with my car, the wiper blades had to be replaced right away and no independent mechanic in their right mind would have issued a passing inspection for a car that needs the wiper blades to be replaced ASAP, amongst few other minor issues.
I would stay away from this guy mostly because of their lack of professionalism and the fact that they not only lie to the customer’s face, even the managers treat customers with no respect whatsoever.

I am a skeptic and a hard sell. I don't like the whole car buying process. We took my daughter to DARCARS to purchase her first vehicle. I prepared her for all the shady stuff that I've seen dealerships do and told her we'd walk out if things didn't go right. Bobby is a great salesman; helpful but not a bully and very patient. She bough her first car there; financing was easy and fair; no hidden fees, just straight up. Few weeks my husband and I came back and purchased his Christmas gift to me! Both times Bobby worked with us patiently, test driving and asking tons of questions until we were satisfied even staying late (closing) to make sure we were pleased. The first car needed a very minor correction and passed inspection; the second car passed inspection immediately. DARCARS Fairfax just may have changed my opinion of the used car buying process. Thanks guys!!! See you next time The Greens! #LoveMyLexus #LoveMyToyota

Bobby Singh and the team at DARCARS were fantastic. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had! They were friendly, courteous, and didn't pressure me into my decision. Thanks again for your kindness, you helped us find the exact car we wanted!
