Good evening. Please note that we have sent several emails, and the picture that you are supposedly reviewing now was sent quite some time ago. How about the text that we have also sent? Honestly to me this is just a lack of professionalism on your part and lack of customer service. Regarding the rain, another excuse to justify not showing up, following with a call, or a text. At the end of day the reason that we have this situation is the bad job that was done in the front of the house which by the way was a couple of thousands of dollars. Since you have received your payment now we have to chase you in order to do the job correctly as it should have been done in the first place. Unfortunately we don't have much of a choice than to simply wait for whenever you feel like it to come to see what you did, and well see if you would at least after all these headaches will have the professionalism to fix it properly and not charge for it. In the event that when you come I have to pay anything, please dont even bother. We look forward to hearing from you soon. To us this company is worth it.

First time didn't finish job like they should. No sealer done n spotty work. Had power wash company take paint off,called them 8 times to have someone to come out no one did, or call back, very frustrating

Concrete designs and Emiliano did my driveway in Davie. What an impeccable job, they were always on tme and the house looks a lot better! GREATLY RECOMMENDED.

Work is as promised. The contractor was very helpful and quickly responded to my questions. The work was completed on the projected finish date and looks good. It took a bit longer to start but that’s the industries fault and not the companies. I would use them again.

Concrete Designs refinished our pool patio. Everyone was professional and friendly. The job was done expeditiously once an appointment was made. We are quite satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend.
