We went on a 2 week trip to Italy for our 10 year anniversary. Angie Enegren sat down with me and helped me finalize our itinerary. We went to Rome, through Tuscany, Cinque Terre, Milan & Venice. While they weren't able to book all of our hotels, Angie was able to book our flight and 2 of our hotels! They were amazing! She also gave me many suggestions for other hotels and excursion opportunities. Thanks for all the help and taking care of the details!

My husband decided at the last minute we need to go on a cruise to see if it something we would do again. We went on 7 day Caribbean cruise which ended up being 13 day cruise due to Hurricane Harvey. We had a blast we were safe In the ocean away from all the damaging winds, and destruction. We had to go to Miami Fl to restock and refuel and half the Passengers did get off to fly home.
Angie Enegren was awesome she had picked a really awesome 1st Cruise. The excursions we went on unfortunately we had to walk a long ways because they didn't have port clearances for the companies they used. Great people though! And smaller groups. But it was odd having to get into a Taxi anyway to to get back to the ports. I think in the future we may book our excursions on the ship on the first day or two while sailing to our destinations. Because as soon as you get to the ports they are right there. On one we were late because of the time difference. But they did have a taxi waiting for us to take us to meet up with our group. That was very nice so if you book thru them you will get to your group if your late. It was a blast and I'm ready again just not 13 days next time. My husband and I had a cruise booked through Angie Enegren for last week ! It got cancelled due to Hurricane Harvey ! Angie had done a great job planning our cruise and helping us get prepared for it ! We were so disappointed when our cruise got canceled ! She was so nice and understanding with us !! Angie worked very hard and fast to find us an awesome alternative vacation plan for us ! With in an hour or so from our cruise being cancled ,she found us a beautiful all inclusive resort Meliá Coco Beach in Puerto Rico ! Angie was awesome at getting our flights and hotel accommodations booked for us !! Thank you so much ! we had an amazing fun time ! We look forward to using her again on our next adventure !! The Travel Junkie rocks !!

My husband and I booked a trip to Jamaica through Angie Enegren and had a pleasant experience. Our airline canceled, but Angie worked to get us a new flight and helped slide our reservation at our hotel. It was a great trip and she helped a lot!

Have tried for two days with very little response. Recording on machine says they will contact you in two business hours. First time I left a message it was eight hours later. They called me back at 8:30 in the evening. The second time I called back I called around 10 AM and still have not heard back. The gentleman I spoke with said he would email me some options the following day and nothing has arrived. Very hard to get a hold of.

My wife and I booked a trip with this company for our honeymoon. Steven Johnson booked our trip to Ibiza, Spain and it was a once in a lifetime experience. He found us an excellent all-inclusive resort, within budget, and the best part was he did all the heavy lifting.

I picked a very complicated itinerary for my wife and I for our honeymoon, and Steven at Travel Junkie made it happen. We didn't want the typical cruise or an all-inclusive resort; I had in mind to visit Venice, Slovenia, and Croatia on our trip. I understand logistics for a trip like this wouldn't be easy, but Steven was up for it! He helped me find places to stay, transportation routes and schedules, book airplane tickets, and scheduled some unforgettable tours for us.
I was skeptical about travel agencies, and I wasn't sure an agency could really help me, given that I have very unique travel style preferences. But Steven was dedicated to helping me plan the kind of trip I would enjoy, and he did this by keeping in good communication with me, and we planned it together.
3 weeks of traveling to places in Europe neither of us had heard of before, and no snafus on the trip whatsoever, until we got home. Everything went smoothly, which is quite a miracle. The only incident was that my bag was lost by the airline on the way back home. For this I blame Air Canada, which has a surprisingly shady (and ineffective) system for tracking baggage. Be very weary of checking bags with Air Canada.response / report this review -

My wife and I scheduled our honeymoon through the Travel Junkie, and everything sounded like it would be fine. Our agent told us about all the great benefits we would be getting and told us that we were scheduled for a few excursions and a honeymoon package from the hotel.
Our travel agent never gave the airlines our passport information, so we had to call the airlines and give them the information ourselves. We were told that there would be a private room for our resort at the airport, but it was just someone sitting at a Margaritaville restaurant at the airport.
When we got to the hotel, we wanted to check when all of our excursions and experiences were booked, and the hotel had no record of being in contact with the travel agent, so we had to book everything ourselves.
I would not recommend going to this travel agent, find one that actually does what they say they are going to do. It would have been less stressful if we booked everything ourselves.response / report this review -

So grateful for the hard work and dedication that "The Travel Junkies" have with their clients. My husband and I were blessed when meeting the owners on one of our vacations and can not say enough for what they do for us and others. We have formed a friendship and look forward to many years of get togethers and vacations. Thanks, Jay and Beccalove you guys!

Most amazing people to have plan your vacations! They are so down to earth and you can tell they truly care about your experience and it's not all about the money! I would advise EVERYONE to go with Jay and Becca Dill!
