I've been a customer of compass for over 25 years Great people, they understand insurance. I gave him a four because I believe every company has room for improvement.

I joined compass insurance through Dan 4 years ago. Have been happy with their service until I decided to switch. I reach out and cancelled my policy over a month ago. They said they would send me a cancellation form instead they sent me a release which does not state the same. When I reach out again I spoke to Jen, she was very nasty and short. Told me James explained everything - I never once spoke to James. Then Jen was nasty telling me to sign the form or they would not cancel my policy until the form is signed. I asked that they change the form to cancellation and not release and Jen lost it. I will never use compass again. Jen is the only person that has every ben so nasty. And this isn't the first time she did this. However; last time I decided to ignore it and keep it moving. Its to bad that one employee can ruin it for the company.

Called and talked to Preston, he gave me a quote we agreed on the rate. He said he’d get everything taken care of and call me in a week…a week came and went I called and he said he’d call me in a couple of days, never did, I called every week for a month and was blown off with one excuse or another! It’s quite disappointing, and to think one person can really make the whole company look bad…I definitely share with everyone I know through my business as well as my personal life, and will continue to!

I have worked with Wes for the last couple of years and is always patient, understanding and willing to serve me with what ever changes I need to my insurance. This week we were looking at purchasing a car out of state and needed an insurance binder quickly. Shawn was not in but made sure we were set up with his teammate Justin, who jumped in and put together the binder and sent it to the bank as promised to ensure the timely loan requirements. Justin as well was courteous and helped as if he was an extension of Wes. Great teamwork and commitment to the customer. I recommended both my adult sons to Compass and anyone I talk to. Thank you for your SERVANT LEADERSHIP! That's why I stay with them! Oh, and GREAT RATES!

Compass insurance is stellar! They've always provided me with timely and efficient service. Even when my own agent was absent, the CEO Jack himself responded to any inquiries I had about my plan. When visiting their office upon initially setting up account, I experienced a strong friendly and even family orientated vibe to the office environment: That's definitely a plus. Very welcoming and approachable. I highly recommend their service!
