I used this storage from June to the end of October. The staff were great and always friendly and helpfull. I needed a 20x20 storage unit but at the time they did not have any available, but instead they offered me two 10x10 units. I really appreciate the service.

By far the worst storage experience I've ever had. My belongings were in this facility for less than 12 days before my climate controlled unit was broken into and my belongings stolen. My unit was the only one on the entire property that was burglarized, it was located in a building that could not be viewed by someone from the outside and was among other units the same size and others that were much larger. When reserving my unit the employees raved about how secure their facility was and that they had had little to no problems with theft or vandalism but when the responding officer arrived on the scene he informed me that they were called to work break-ins at Tellus Self Storage regularly. The facility has an exit gate that was promised to be fixed by the second week of June, according to the employee that showed my around the facility prior to me signing the rental agreement but it is yet to be fixed. There are also only 2 cameras in place for the entire property, which is surprising since they have such a high rate of vandalism and robbery. This company was less than helpful when my storage unit was burglarized and blatantly unaware of the on goings of their facility. I did not receive a phone call notifying me about the vandalism of my unit until almost 24hrs after the fact. Avoid using this company at all costs!

The staff here is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Lucy gave me a tour of the facility and was very thorough in her explanation of the facility rules and regulations. The units were also very clean and spacious. I'd fully recommend Tellus self storage to anyone needing a storage unit in the area.

I have had a unit there since may 2016. Buildings are always clean. I love the 24 hr access! The office staff is nice and able to assist with any problems. I would definitely recommend!
