They currently have me in a room above the bar blaring music so loud my floor is vibrating and I can hear the lyrics. They said my only option is to wait until midnight when the bar closes. I have to wake up early and paid $140 to sleep in a hotel I can’t sleep in. This is insane. How do you book rooms that you know are above loud bars?! Thanks for completely ruining my night and my 1 night away I was hoping to get sleep.

I've stayed here for 3 different Acen weekends and I plan on doing so again. Staff is friendly and helpful especially during such a busy weekend and the shuttle drivers where excellent this year.
Had trouble in the room with one of the beds being wonbly but the maintenance fixed it within a few minutes- it has just been moved off center during cleaning. After that nothing else was a problem and the room was in great condition.

Have stayed here numerous times
After dealing with the lady at the front desk this morning, i have to say i will not be returning. I kniw they do not care about just one guest, no matter how many times you stay there, but i will find somewhere else to spend my money, and be treated a lot better.

We reserved a suite for the evening since my daughters flight did not come in until 12:30 am. The room itself was very nice. The issue we had was the reserved room below us and how loud the music was. When we arrived, we wanted to lay down a bit before we picked up our daughter. That didn't happen because of how loud the music was.. Since we couldn't sleep, we tried to watch a movie. We had to set the volume up to 30 (normal people would consider this to be very loud) just so we could hear it. We called down and was told the room below was reserved until midnight. We figured this wasn't a big deal since they would be done by the time we were back.
This was not the case.. It is now 2:30 am and the music is still blaring. I have turned the fan up on high to drown out the music but my bed is "moving to the beat". We have called down several times about this. My daughter, who has been flying or at airports for the last 20 hours has finally fallen asleep.
Hoping I will be able to soon!
Words of wisdom.. Do not get a room on the second floor (218).

If I could give this place a lower star I would! First I got here to check in and was told I dnt have reservations till tmro.. I called a month prior to the date of my arrival and told them I wanted to add another room.. They then told me they didn't know if they would have room for us but they did have 22 rooms avail.. So I canceled my reservations and went a mile down the road to the Hilton and we had a pool! And we're VERY ACCOMIDATING! And I will stay there and recommend them to others.. The girls at the front desk of your hotel were snooty My other family did however stay here and they allowed others to check in early but not them! They also had issues with their reservations! Very rude!

I have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions this summer. Both of my stays were great. The hotel is very near O'Hare, every room is a full suite, it is very clean, the staff is both professional and friendly. The restaurant located off of the lobby is also good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Got there only to wait 5 minutes behind another person waiting on somebody to come to the front desk. Only after the phone began to ring did someone come from the back room. Heat/air didnt work properly in room 301. Had it down to 60° and still was hotter than hell in there. Went to bed at 9:50 only to be woken up less than an hour later by extremely loud bass. Laid there, tossed and turned, but couldnt go back to sleep. It was so loud it sounded like someone pounding on the door. Went downstairs to complain only to find out the music was coming from Legends bar located in the hotel two floors directly below me. Went down the next morning and requested a new room. Once again had to wait for someone to appear, which happened because the phone rang. Does nobody work at the front desk??? Got moved to room 514. Again, the heat/air unit didn't work properly. There was a large gap with cold air blowing through nonstop. Tv was terrible picture. Bathroom light is on the outside of the bathroom. Stupid!! No fan in the bathroom to control humidity. Hotel hosted parties the second night so when we got back at 8:30 we had to park 2 blocks away on the street because all the spaces were taken. As a paying customer, I should be able to park in the lot before party guests. This place sucks. I will never stay again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I made my reservation and requested a late checkout, also that I was driving a charter bus, upon arrival had a Hassel finding parking for bus and this morning was told there's no late checkouts, guess the left hand don't know what the right is doing. Room was nice and clean but they need to get on the same page now I've got to sit in bus for 7 hrs instead of 4, not happy

Awesome complimentary breakfast .all you can eat !! Delicious � gym ,sofa bed comfortable beds running water �. Customer service has been more than great. free wifi ,coffe , refrigerator & microwave id definitely recommended & be back .

It was a fairly nice hotel, and inexpensive by Chicago standards. Over all, it was clean and appropriate, save for the obvious dried semen streak on the bedskirt. It should've been caught by housekeeping. I would book again, however.
