First time in comfort suites & it has been a great experience , a stones throw from Old Towns so plenty to do, plenty restaurants, gift shops & bars. Comfort suit staff so helpful & friendly, bedrooms spotless clean. Complementary breakfast .Highly recommend this hotel. Oh not forgetting the pool with plenty sun loungers if you want to relax after Theme parks or just have a day sunbathing . Would definitely come back. X

This weekend was our first time staying here just a little anniversary get away and we absolutely loved it A great location right next to old town and just minutes from lots more our favorite was the 24 hr pool it was awesome the staff was wonderful breakfast was great and the hotel/rooms were very nice and clean the only tiny negative is the beds are not very soft but other than that a great great place I would definitely recommend this hotel and we're already planning our next trip to bring the kids

Just returned from a holiday and stayed here. Room was spotless and clean. Good sized room and the view was lovely. Fantastic location as near Old Town and not far from other points of interest. We used the complimentary shuttle service to the theme parks and they was punctual. Was great that breakfast was included and the 24 hour pool is a fantastic idea if you want a dip after a busy day. I'd recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. Thanks

Love this hotel
Great location next to old town
Really enjoyed the cruise in Saturday night
We had a huge suite which was very comfortable
Disliked the location of light switches in bathroom no big deal!
The door stop in the bathroom
is just outside the shower,very painful when you step on it my mistake
Need towel racks, no place to hang towels, used closet
Beautiful pool area, watched a deer on the bank across the pond yesterday morning
The bfast is huge, lots of choices
This is our 2nd stay and not our last !

This is a great hotel.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms kept nice and clean as was all the hotel area's. The outside bar was excellent and did lovely food and not priced at ridiculous prices. Pool was very well maintained and lots of fresh clean towels on hand. The old Town across the road was lovely and it was nice to have somewhere to go on a day off from the parks. The only downside was the shuttle buses. Very limited to the timings. A few more options for timings there and back would of been better, I.e Universal studios was pick up at 8 o'clock in the morning then return was 6 o'clock at night from universal studios. An afternoon pick up would of been good for tired kids plus a later one as you couldn't watch the light and fireworks display that was shown at 7.30. But overall a great friendly hotel that I would recommend.

When we first drove down the road leading to this hotel we were nervous.. it’s acfoss the street from a theme park and the are looked a little shabby. It as we approached we we pleasantly surprised at how nice and well kept it looked. The rooms are clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast buffet although some bacon and hash browns would be a nice addition :). The wifi works amazing! We are travelling with three autistic children and a strong wifi is essential.. it was fast and reliable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. Bonus.. it’s close to many attractions like Disney, sea world etc.

Very nice place, clean and friendly staff, price is good and breakfast is awesome, we took food to our room and it was hot and good, the only thing i can suggest is you should have to show your room key to eat, I heard people talking that were eating and didn’t even stay there, or give people a ticket when they check in, I don’t want to pay more for some slackers.

We booked two nights there. Bob at the front desk worked with us to get 2 rooms then add another one late. Don't let the "complimentary breakfast" fool you, more like a complete buffet. Everything was delicious. Staff was courteous and helpful, very friendly. Pool and hot tub were great. My daughter and son-in-law forget a couple expensive watches and my daughters purse with credit cards. We called and they had them at the front desk and even offered to ship if we paid for shipping. We stopped on the way home to pick them up. We will be using them again. Above and beyond service at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Nice hotel
great breakfast
only down side was the parking lot street light right outside our room window (that doesn't have drapes that actually close, they are just decoration) managed to keep us up all night. Finally DH had to go sleep on the pull out sofa bed to attempt to get any sleep at all. The view of old town was neat but a good night's sleep after the drive would have been much better.response / report this review -

This place is so worth the money and what a value. Beautiful hotel, pool, hot tub, tiki bar and it is an Official Disney World Good neighbor hotel which means you get the Wdw television station and Mickey Waffles as part of the free breakfast.
And what a breakfast - its free and it is full with eggs, ham, fruit and so much more.
The hotel is also located next great places like pizza hut and a carnival.
And lastly if you need theme park tickets Disney World and Universal tickets are on sale on site.response / report this review -

What an awesome place to stay.. so many great amenities they offer.. I would recommend this place and stay here again.. from the 24 hour pool hours.. pool side bar/quick food choices.. free morning breakfast.. shuttles to the parks.. short walking distance for fast food.

Room was great the all-you-can-eat buffet needs to have real eggs and stead of fake eggs and the bartenders at the tiki need to learn customer service when you serve a beer you open it when they order pizza and still sitting at the counter you give them plates napkins and utensils without having to ask other than that the room was awesome

I was staying in your hotel, when Hurricane Irma, decided to show up. Now although the hotel informed us, about what was going on. We were on curfew from 7.00pm on the Sunday till 6.00pm the following evening. What I can't understand is why we were being charged a further 15% on top of the actual cost of food? I understand we couldn't go outside, but to gain profit, while guests, even those that had been evacuated to our hotel from the badly affected areas In South Florida, to gain profit is unforgiving.

This is a great place to stay!!! They have amenities for everyone in the family. .game room, pools, pool side bar, complimentary full breakfast, mini-market and it's in walking distance to many additional shops and attractions. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Florida! !

Excellent clean modern hotel in great location. Great free breakfast clean spacious rooms made daily. Heated 24 hour pool, nice pool bar with good food and drink at reasonable prices. Will be back!

This is very clean place with a very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, beautiful and comforting. The breakfast are awesome. The pool area is safe and beautiful and everything is close to The hotel. This is a great place to bring the family.

I was having my breakfast at the hotel and put my bag on the back of the chair. When I lifted my purse, it was gone. I did not miss the place in no time. This happened today, July 12, 2017, around 9:00 am. The bag was medium-sized, beige in color, and inside it were my passports and my daughter's passports. There was a wallet with about $ 200 and about $ 50. There were also two purchased Chromecast devices in the box and the Alamo rental car key. I did not give anyone permission to pick up my bag and I want to sue.response / report this review
