We loved everything! You truly get treated great here as a Choice Privileges rewards member at check in. The location was central and within walking distance of Berlin shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and the fresh Amish cinnamon rolls & doughnuts. Can't wait to come back!

stayed here for the first timewe were in the new sectionthe room was very spacious and clean for the price. we were very please with the room and the free morning breakfast had a lot of variety and we had no complaints. the hotel was very clean in the lobby and pool and front desk . the pillows were too soft for us though but that's just a personal thing

Just got back from staying there for 2 nights this weekend! What a nice CLEAN hotel this is! We had a large suite that had a bedroom separate from the living room! It has a very nice pool and we loved sitting outside in the large rockers in the evening. It was also nice to have coffee when ever you wanted and cold lemon water! I recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice place to stay!

There is nothing bad that can be said about the stay here. (Accept maybe it was too short) nice clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool, and more than enough options for breakfast as well.

Spent five nights here, had the king suite. Very nice rooms and quiet. The back steps to Main Street was nice. Having a memory foam mattress at home, the mattress in the room wasn't as nice as home. Only suggestion would be to have a fenced in play area for kids. Either outdoors or indoors. The first floor stairwell area towards new section would be an excellent place to put one. Breakfast was excellent.

My husband and I have been to Comfort Suites many times. We love it. The staff is always friendly and helpful, regardless of the hour. Breakfast is one of the best. Location is great. They are in the center of Berlin, which makes it convenient for walkers. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a welcome sight at the end of the day.

It's a very relaxing stay. Large rooms. A very nice breakfast every morning. A pool and a hot tub. Right in The downtown area so shipping and dining are a short walk away. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

This is my home away from home. Over the past 3 years I have written many college papers while staying here. Today, my final paper was written and submitted from the pool. Great place to stay with comfortable clean rooms. Rooms had very nice features like bedside reading lights and extra outlets with USB power receptacles for phones, tablets, laptops, etc. Bathroom was spacious with plenty of counter space for your stuff. Breakfast was very good with a big selection for any taste or diet. Very convenient for Berlin shopping. Bed was comfortable with both soft and firm pillows. The widescreen TV was big and had HD programming and lots of channels. We'd stay here again.

We have stayed overnight on several occasions and as always great service. The staff is simply the Best. Always friendly and cheerful.

I will stay with them in the future. The facility is always clean not just in the room but in common areas as well.

The breakfast is very good. The breakfast staff keeps the food bar stocked. They will get you whatever you need.

This motel is awesome! Beautiful large comfortable rooms,great breakfast,excellent pool and hot tub,great staff. We have been going to Berlin 3 to 4 times a year for many years, I don't know what took us so long to find this place,we will never stay any place else

This is a great place to relax after a fun filled day in the Amish Country. The hotel was clean, quiet and super comfortable. The staff was efficient and very accommodating and my kids LOVED the indoor pool! I would highly recommend the Berlin Comfort Suites to families visiting the area!

It is a beautiful place to stay. I was there 3 nights. Very clean rooms and service was great. Great breakfast coffee eggs bacon pancakes waffles most anything u could ask for at no charge. Seen more horses than I've seen in a lifetime. I could live in omish country and be very happy. Berlin Ohio is a great place.

Just spent 3 night at the Berlin Comfort Suites. The rooms are always extremely clean, beds comfortable and breakfast very good. We stay there at least 2 times a year, spring and winter. Love it. Thanks to the staff and management you do a great job.

We have stayed here several times, always enjoyed the food, clean rooms, and it’s got great views of Amish living. Not bad prices either, love the beds with all the pillows
