When visiting the Denver area dont forget to stop in at Prime Steakhouse and La Fondue 2 of the best places to eat in Denver! Prime Steak even ages their own meat on premsis the only place in Denver that has this!

Lay out of the new reno is completed! We will have a large meeting room and (2) Break out rooms, Indoor Hot tubs, a large state of the art fitness center and Business Center. Our Breakfast area will be relocated next to the Bar and grill that will also be re opened and serving snack type foods. we will start everything in October!

my friend Marcos Tonini stayed at Comfort In October 11. He made purchases through Amazon and eBay for delivery at this hotel and went to the hotel balcony to pick up the groceries. Then he came back twice more to ask if there were more deliveries and the recepcionist said that they were only these packages delivered. However, when he checked all the purchases in his house he verified that 4 products were missing. It was verified on Amazon and eBay and the products were all delivered before 11 October. Unfortunately this hotel did not check the items as it should and he lost some purchases. That's It.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast spread, pool remained cleaned, the hotel even welcomed our 80lb dog. We were only supposed to be here for 2 nights, but ended up staying another night because we loved it so much.

I uploaded a video of the room when I first walked in. I will upload another one of footage of the employees hanging up on me and abusing me emotionally. They refused to help. I eventually called the police because of how horrible the staff was being. The police came and agreed with me that this place is the worst and the employees need to be fired. He said that bob was treating him also extremely unprofessionally. Bob was an idiot and was threatening the police saying He wanted to press charges on me for recording him. The police wouldn't stand for him doing that and informed him that he would look like a dumb ass because I have footage of him and another employee abusing the customers and being awful. He also informed bob that it was in fact NOT illegal for me to record him and the others being horrible. It's a business and they need to treat customers with respect All I asked for was a spoon. I needed to have proof of what was happening This place is a horrible place. They refused to clean my room as well when I asked them to change the sheets. Bob and his blonde manager witch hung up on me constantly. I heard them making fun of me as well. I went to confront the situation and they were horrible then too. They lied to police and the police knew they were lying. Luckily the police and I got along and both came to the conclusion that this place needs to be shut down or have better staff. It was abuse straight up. He was willing to arrest bob if he continued to harass me and the policeman he was being aggressive with the police officer as well. They are forceful towards their customers. I can go on and on. I will post the other videos of the footage.

My company made reservation and made clear that I was a truck driver who would be arriving late and would need to stay through the afternoon in order to meet DOT hours of service regulations. My company offered to pay for additional half day. The clerk was not at desk when I arrived at 4 am. I had to call on my personal cell phone and wait for 15 minutes for her to come to front desk. When she told me I had to check out by 11, I explained to her that I would need to stay until at least 2. I was told she could not authorize that and would have to talk with manager later in the morning. My room was passable and clean. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Met manager at front desk just before 7 am and made arrangements to check out st 2. Finally got back to room to get some sleep. Got up at 1, did usual wake up routine, packed up, and left at 2. Then realized I had left my cell phone on bed. Had to return to front desk to get key card authorization to get back into room to retrieve phone. Met a different clerk at desk who very rudely snapped at me that I should have checked out by 11. Apparently, there is absolutely no communication between front desk customer service or reservation representative. An altogether annoying experience. At a hotel located in a heavy industrial area with a high number of truck drivers.

It's a room during a blizzard. It's fine. Cheap snacks, free bfast, free coffee all day, friendly staff, plenty of channels on a giant tv. Why complain? We could be on the side of the freeway freezing to death in our cars or shivering on the airport floor right now. Yeah, the balcony is small and it's right next to the noisy hwy, but who cares- it's clean, warm, and has everything I need.

My company booked me for 12 days. 4 consecutive days my room never got cleaned. Complaints to the front desk did nothing. Housekeepers always did a fantastic job. Bar & Grill, and Continental breakfast were superb!
Lighting next to wardrobe & bathroom mirrors was on right side only, making it difficult to shave. Shower curtain too small width-wise, guaranteed a lake of water on bath floor. Hotel needs to step up their game.response / report this review -

Breakfast was really good but room was really small & location is not good. Balconies are nasty & AC freezes you when it's on & its hot & stuffy when it's not blowing. Won't stay there again. Further Priceline described location as downtown hotel. No way!!!!!

First time ever going to a hotel, arriving at 8:30 pm, and having an hour plus long wait for a room. Like a real life Hotel Impossible, but a lot less entertaining when your girlfriend is taking the bar exam the next morning.

BEST SHOWER! I And I felt safe here. I think Deana and Belilrea (sp??) Were the face of the company when we checked in (11/16/16) they really helped in an emergency. Plus let us have a later than normal check out. We will not stay anywhere else in the area again! Great breakfast, clean rooms, fun bartender to provide a night cap. Staff was exceptional! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a horrible experience with another hotel, but when we got to the comfort inn, they were absolutely amazing! Plus with a full breakfast,we would definitely stay here again!!!
