I have attended several concerts at this venue and I have never had any issues until the Great Xscape Tour. We were escorted to our seat by an employee of the venue and watched the entire show until the headliners were next. Out of nowhere a worker comes to request our tickets which was no problem because we had them and were escorted to our seats by your employee. We were unaware that we were sitting in the wrong area the entire time due to an error of the venue employee. We had to get out of the seats right before the final act. The employee had a horrible attitude and repeatedly yelled at us to leave the seats. Next time, please make sure your employees are familiar with the venue in order to properly seat the guest. Employees should learn how to talk to guest despite a misunderstanding.

I paid for wrestling tickets a month ago. I ask the box lady to ensure that I sat next to the ring and the aisle. As i wanted to see the wrestlers enter the ring. The lady told me no problem. She informed me that the higher numbers would be next to the aisle. I get to the event tonight and someone who works at the Columbus civic center miss label the seats. The seats went from left to right 18 down to 1. Like the lady at the box office told me. I guess people started crying about it. When a female usher came and asked us to move. I asked her why? She told me it was a mix up. That the seats were suppose to go from left to right 1 to 18. I told her I was not moving cause it was not my mix up. I was promised that 18 was next to the aisle. She then throwed the tickets in my girlfriend face and walked away and said she ain't got time for this. I talk to Mr Nixon Patterson (assistant box office manager). He told me that he looked at the seats an hour before the event and didnt notice it. So the question is who is at fault the workers or the head guy? As a veteran I know this answer. I will NEVER EVER step foot in this place again. That goes for hockey or football games or any concert.

We purchased the more expensive tickets and were excited that we had floor seats for the Jeff Dunham show April 20. However, when we got to our seats we were disappointed to see that they have you wedged in there like sardines. I had the thigh of a rather large man on my thigh. My son had to keep ducking the arm of the woman next to him eating her meal. Everybody around us was complaining about how tight it was. We knew we could not put up with it for three hours. Luckily the event wasn't sold out. Just as the show started we were able to procure seats in the upper level that were unsold. So they probably cost less money but we had a much better experience. Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY FLOOR TICKETS!
