Worst place. Overdoses happen there all the time. Drug trafficking and prostitution. Should be bought by a better owner or tore down.

Dive..Avoid this place; please send Allen County Health Dept shut this hole down. Found dead bugs along the sheets and pillows. Took pics of bed and sheets , will be sending them along to Health Dept and State For Code violations. Very unsecure area around doors. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere, this gives Fleabag hotel a whole new name.

Nasty, I now have bedbugs. I called asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was not there, I asked for a refund due to the bedbug issue he then told me he was the manager and they don't do refunds. Next time I'm in Lima I'm gunna stay there just so I can take the TV and microwave as payment.

Manager here has a horrible attitude. Very disrespectful. With a 2 bed room he would not allow a 3rd person (couple) to stay, no ac etc horrible. Horrible. horrible

It smells funky. No fitted sheets, no HBO as advertised, no breakfast, no air-conditioning.
