I was traveling 7/21/17 and my car was missing after being in the road for over an hour. An O Reillys worker George called Troy and told him my issue, Troy told him to send me down. He was busy with other customers, but he took the time to squeeze me in to fix my car so I could continue my travels to New York. He and his wife were so nice and explained everything to me completely. I felt safe and comfortable. I felt I could trust them. After the fact I did look all parts up and they charged me accordingly they did not overcharge. I am thankful for them! I am proud to know that the Collins are nice, decent, and caring. That they are honest and do honest, dependable work. Thank you Troy and Debbie.

Giants kudos to a very professional, courteous, customer service experience. I highly recommend everyone consider using Collin's Auto Repair for all your service needs. You just don't find this kind of experience anywhere. I'd literally drive 75 miles to get my work done here.

I called them with a transmission issue. They said I could come right in, and they would have a look. They were courteous, and efficient. They showed me the problem, and had it fixed in a couple of hours. The cost was very reasonable. We were back on the road, and very happy. Thank you very much.

Great experience! Friendly environment. Fast service as well. That was one of my favorite things about it. I was in an extreme hurry & they got me in & out like it was nothing. Thank you Collins Auto! You're great in my book! :)

I've always had a pleasurable experience with Collins auto. They have repaired my vehicles in timely manner. Alway nice, professional, and easy to talk to. Very honest mechanics who are resonably priced for their outstanding work.

These people are honest and have always done my vehicles right! For example 1 time a part went bad they fixed it. 6 months later another part near the other went bad. They saw an error and fixed both at a vwry reasonable price$$! Have always been reasonable/honest in if they have time to do a quick oil change or major repairs! Would recommend Collins to everyone!
