  Women's bathroom had no soap had to go into the men's room to wash hands with my little girl. Men's room trash filled to the brim at 9:30 a.m. obviously not cleaned from the day before.

  Very nice ppl who attended us. Not once rude to us at all except for the guy at the front. He seems like not in the mood to talk to ppl. You walk in and he just looks at you like wth are you doing here. He should greet ppl nicely amd ask what kind of help do they need.

  This place is the worst DMV. Staff doesn't care, work slow, very unorganized. Waited almost 6 hours just to take a picture and do a 10 minute written test.

  I lost my wallet with my Oregon driver's license and it is complicated and expensive to get a replacement when you're a continent away. I asked how to get a FL driver's license and the process explained by the man at the information desk is simple. When I brought my birth certificate, SS card and two letters addressed to my Naples address I got my new FL license in 10 minutes. Great service and very helpful staff.
