It takes a lot for me to write a review, especially since my tenants have not been paying rent or utilities since June 16. This firm was recommended through my corporate assistance handler in which they adjusted their rate then discounted the corporate discount. 250hr after my deduction? Sure. See Ive been traveling overseas for work both in the middle east and south pacific and needed an experienced firm to assist in getting this taken care of while getting hosed on west coast rent for my family and now a mortgage doubling up. After my free one hour consulation in mid September Mr. Cole had his $600 retainer in hand. I thought things were moving. 2 weeks later after not hearing anything (Im in Turkey during this time) I had to remind the office to deliver the 3day pay or quit. Bc of my situation being overseas all Mr. Cole had to do was call the court and attempt to figure a skype call with the judge as the case was very simple. 3 months later I spent 3 weeks trying to get a hold of Mr. Cole from an Indonesian Rainforest construction site so I could coordinate flights home, vacation time and other logistics necessary to go to court. The response from the office was it would take 4 weeks landing right on Christmas for the court when the turnaround time is only 2 weeks. I've dealt with solid attorneys over the years from Downtown Columbus to LA and this group by far is the saddest excuse for an office I have ever genuinely encountered. It is now Dec and I am back at square 1 with house squatters and deadbeat local attorneys that act like drinking ice tea staring off into a corn field sounds more like their speed than taking then charging people who need their services and pay immediately. Dont waste your time on this down in the sticks firm. The real world spins and time is money. They cared about none of the above.
