  I wanted to thank Allison Swedenberg and Trevor Clark for all they did during the sale of our property. They posted and showed the property quickly and got 25k more than my asking price at the first showing! They really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a death in the family which happened to be relevant to the sale. They made sure everything ran smoothly and we still closed on time (which was a quick close).Then they even sent me a closing gift! They are very good at what they do and I highly recommend both of them!

  Olenka offers a superior level of market knowledge and customer service, which makes for a great home-buying experience. She did a great job for us when we bought our home.

  Lucero has been beyond helpful in helping us find our new home and has been so pleasant to work with. We were first time buyers and she made the process so easy. She is so knowledgeable and makes sure to relay all the information she has to you, so you feel confident in every decision you make. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

  Jaime Kelly was instrumental in helping buy my second home a couple of weeks back. She is highly professional, very talented and organized in showing homes within my schedule. She clearly understands my budget, boundaries, and helped me to find a nice 4 bedroom home in the Gold Coast.
  
  Having not lived in the area for almost a decade, I did not know where to start or how to review the offerings, market value, etc. She helped me from the day one of my hunt to the close. She has great negotiation skills, is persistent, and connects well with sellers to carve out additional financial benefits.
  
  Very interestingly, she helped me to find the right lender as well who gave me a nice deal. Without any hesitation she showed me many opportunities and answered any questions in great detail. A true market pro!!
  
  I highly recommend Jaime to all buyers, sellers and friends.
