I found our experience with Gerri McKinney very unprofessional. She would not return calls, voice-mail, or text messages. Her excuses do not justify the neglect she showed us. I will find a more professional agent if and when I need one.

First and always I give honor to the Lord Jesus Christ cause without Jesus, this close today would not have been possible 🙌🏾🙏🏾 .Ms. Beth you are the best! From beginning to the end, my husband and I enjoyed working with her. She was on top of everything and anything that didn’t seem right to her. We appreciate everything you have done. We closed on our first home today with the help of you, and we thank you so very much. If you are wondering should you go with Coldwell Banker then you are making the right choicelook no further!!! Ben went above and beyond to make sure that my fiance and I were able to buy our home. He was very patient with us and answered our questions. If he didn't know, he got us the answer quickly. He even made sure we had another realtor for closing since he was out of town.

Called to ask about a house the other day, and when I asked a question about it I was cutoff by an older male agent asking if I had my loan ready. When I told him I was going to pay cash he told me I was wasting his time. You would think they would be a bit more helpful for a cash commission. I also initially asked if it was still on the market because my sister (a real estate agent) said it didn't show it as available on MLS. This agent then said she doesn't know what she's talking about and real estate agents should be using ZILLOW. What a joke. Coldwell has lost our business.
