I was completely put at ease by the personal attention given to my case. Mr. Winters was thorough in answering my questions as well as addressing concerns. I was pleased with the outcome achieved and highly recommend their services.

Nobody *wants* to hire a lawyer.
Hiring a lawyer means there's a problem, and a life without problems is pretty much the goal; however, if problems are going to come, then having an ally on your side is definitely the right way to go.
It would be hard to beat Jonathan Cohen as an ally.
Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, he handled everything with dispatch, grace, and excellent communication. I was informed, knew exactly what was happening, and received excellent advice.
I don't give out 5 stars easily. He earned every one of them, and I would not hesitate to recommend him or his team.response / report this review -

I found Attorney Cohen through his reviews, and I must say, if anything, I find them to be an understatement. I retained him knowing full well I was facing near impossible odds, and probably would've been better off hiring a magician, rather than a lawyer
I expected he'd hopefully work on it here and there, and hope for the best.Maybe get a call the night before court or something.. That's usually how it goes, right?
WellIn the month to follow, he did nothing short of amaze me. I never had to wait for a response to an email or a call, ever. He spent days and days, and days in constant email conversations. I always knew exactly what was going on, and where we were with it.
The guy never stopped working on it!!! He never gave up, not even for a second.
Long story short, turns out that I did indeed retain a magician after all!!! Mission success!
He got me a better result than I ever would've thought possible, and quite literally changed my life.
Attorney Cohen will never leave you wondering, always tell you straight (even when it makes you cringe), and he will never give up.response / report this review -

Andrew Winters did an incredible job with my case and was very responsive to any questions I had. This was my first time ever in court and was pretty nervous, but he made me feel at ease and took the time to know me on a personal level. I would highly recommend him.

My husband was represented by Jonathan for these past 2 years. Jonathan was absolutely dedicated in helping not only my husband by our family in whole. He is a caring, straight forward, stand up, amazing, human being. My husband was facing years in prison and Jonathan guided him and gave him advice. He sees and knows what a good person is. We are truly blessed to have been represented by Jonathan. We will absolutely forever be grateful to you Jonathan. Today you have an enormous part in why my husband is here at home with his babies. I've had a great experience working with Attorney Andrew. He is very professional, understanding and easy to speak with. He explained me the legal process very nicely and assured me about the positive result. He is very knowledgeable and highly organised. His office staffs are very helpful and attentive. So I came to read the reviews and I was very unsure of who to pick to represent me in an accident case. I had called a couple lawyers before I saw the reviews for Cohen & Winters. From my very first phone call with the attorney I felt at ease and that wasn't the case when I contacted other lawyers. Attorney Cohen was upfront and honest with me every step of the way through the process, and everything happened the way he said it was going to be. I was able to reach him quite easily by email or phone. And they seem to care about not charging excessively, as most of the correspondence occurred through emails,which not only saves on expenses, it also helps to speed things up. No waiting for letters. Laura was extremely helpful and friendly. All around I can say that if you are looking for a lawyer then give them a call. You will not regret it.

I've had a great experience working with Andrew. He's extremely professional, he took the time to understand my case and explain my options. He is resourceful and was always reachable via phone or email. Really couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.
Its now been 2 years since my case was closed and he still helps me out in obtaining court documents, reports, etc, and would answer all my questions free of charge. Great guy, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a strong lawyerresponse / report this review -

Andrew is both a gentleman and a knowledgeable lawyer. He is easy to speak with, gave me a full idea of what to expect from the legal process, and advised me on my options allowing me to make a well-informed decision. It was nice to place the burden in his hands and really let him run with it. He has many contacts in the local court system and is respected amongst his peers. His already vast network, his negotiating tactics, and his experience are only getting better with time. Hire this man.
