Their Sales Team listens and encourages a dialogue that supports a win-win transaction. They do NOT use high pressure sales pitches or stressful "now or never" forced decisions. I went to Cocoa Hyundai 11 days ago to possibly purchase a new car because of all of the rebates. The salesman I had, Billie, was great and Ali, the finance guy was great as well. I was told by the sales manager that I was approved so I went and signed all of the finance paperwork. Last night I get a call from Ali that I couldn't get financing. Really????? After having the car for 10 days! That is nonsense!!! If I was not approved then why was I told I was and why did I get to drive a brand new car off of the lot?????? Just bring my other car back to me cleaned with a full tank of gas and will call it even. However I will never go there again!!!!!

I have dealt with various dealerships in central Florida, my my general opinion of car shopping was not positive. When we arrived at Cocoa Hyundai we had no intention of buying. We were just interested in seeing SUVS so we could compare to other brands. I ended up driving the Tucson Limited and fell in love. The overall buying process was smooth. Josh was a great salesman and we were in and out within a few hours. Very friendly staff and clean spaces. The toy room was a huge plus because we had our toddler son along who is not one to sit still.

I bought a car there a little over two years ago, a used 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Not only was the salesman courteous and respectful, but it felt like I was buying a car from a friend not some random stranger who wants my money. What was also impressive was how they got me financed with a recent repo and only 2k out of my pocket at a very low rate and monthly payment. I highly recommend these guys. You will get an amazing expirience like mine.

In as much as I spent 6 hours at the dealership, it all worked out. Sounds like an awful lot of time but in their defense, I had a complicated purchase - 2 cars - purchase my current leased car and lease a new one. I had specific concerns and criteria. It took a while to get there but between Brian and Burton, it was an outstanding day; I left very happy. This was my 4th purchase over the years. I don't even think of going anywhere else when it comes time to buy my next car. I recommend this dealership without hesitation.

nstantly greeted by Adam. He did not try to tell me what I wanted, he listened, and we drove several cars. They let their cars sale themselves. They answered all questions but it was my decision only. The gentleman in finance told be what I qualified for, I told him my terms and he made it work for me. While excited when purchasing a new car there is the dread of having to go to the dealership and experience the long, tedious process of negotiations and eventual purchase. We had done research on the car we wanted and reached out to several dealerships in the area. As I was travelling at the time I clearly stated I wanted this process to be done by email only.
Carlos was the first to respond and it was "after hours". Over a period of 3 to 4 days we narrowed the negotiations to 2 dealerships but Carlos was clearly the easiest person to work with. We ended up striking a deal on Thursday night at 9:40pm, again after hours. We went to the dealership on Friday and everything was as promised. The team of Carlos, Brandon & Ali looked after us. The purchase was straight forward, very easy, and most importantly quick! I have no hesitation in recommending Cocoa Hyundai as a first class dealership.

We've had bad experiences with shady dealerships in the past and we were pleasantly surprised with Cocoa Hyundai. Our salesman, Dan White, was very knowledgable and patient with us as we made our car buying decision. Brian Gore in Finance was also very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the no pressure sales attitude and no shady tactics. Everything was presented clearly and upfront. We love our new Hyundai thanks!!

Great friendly customer service. The process from sitting with Dustin and his Padawan was great. I apologize that I do not remember your name. Ali made process smooth and easy while signing all of the paperwork. They were very informative with going over all of the information, warranty, and questions that we had. Dustin even took the time to go over the car thoroughly with us as well as go over the service area. He also did not make us feel rushed or pressured along with the rest of the staff including the sales manager Sheldon.
