Thereused to always be dogs now when there is the owners are grumpy old folks. I love old folks but these ones are nuts. Told me no kids are allowed at this park??? And no treats??? Idk where she is getting this from i have a 3 month old puppy and obviously need to TRAIN him around other dogs. Would not recommend

Great place to bring the kids or family. Coast guard park connects to PJ Hoffmaster and lake Michigan while using lakeshore dunes. Make sure you stay on the trails. Easy to get lost if you stray to far.

Afternoons are amazing here, many things to do, places to go and things to see!. You can enjoy a nice walk, great food. Best time to visit would be during coast guard festival, it's a great and unforgettable experience.

Great park with tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. Along with space for baseball and soccer. It also connects to the country park and has good trails.

Good park for kids and picnics. It has a shelter, playground, volleyball, soccer and baseball fields. They also have basketball courts, a sledding hill and paved trail loop through the woods. Great starting point for North Ottawa Dune trails. You can also walk to North Shore beach from here along a trail through the woods for an adventurous hike or walk/bike/rollerblade the new multi-use trail along North Shore Rd.
