I came in on a Wednesday night. The host greeted me promptly. I was seated at the bar(my choice). I ordered the rack of lamb. It came with risotto. I waited less than 15 minutes. The lamb was cooked perfect. The risotto was also great. The view was amazing. Service was fast. The bathroom was clean. No one bothered me while I was eating. If you want great food with awesome view I would highly recommend you eat here.

Worked there only thing there good at is firing good people!!! Manager sue came from a maid service ! And george her much much much older boyfriend fore good people it appears just because they can!! I was fired for accidentily taking my bank home !!!! Brought it back next morning !! And this after i started a concierge program with hotels!!! A very good chef quit because of the firings. To boot it all off the now os horrible!!!! Save you money

I will give 3 stars because the view was great and the food was ok BUT I was very disappointed with our experience last night. I made reservations for my daughter's 13th birthday. She and her friends were to have a table with a view away from the mothers. We were smack dab next to each other which was not what I wanted. The atmosphere felt much like a cafeteria with a great view. Restroom was disgusting - no TP, no soap and garbage all over the floor. I never got a refill of my water until I paid my bill. Dinner took about 3 hours which killed our plans for the rest of the night. The kicker for me though was this was booked at a 13th birthday. I expected a restaurant of this type to acknowledge her birthday, maybe a special dessert with a candle or Happy Birthday on the plate. Not only was there NOTHING special done everyone was served dessert EXCEPT the birthday girl and she was then told they were out. Really?? You couldn't have come back and offered her something else first and then served dessert? Extremely disappointed as this was a special occasion. I should have heeded the negative reviews I read.
I am changing my review to one star. I have to say that I have reached out to management MULTIPLE TIMES about our experience and have gotten ZERO acknowledgement. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!response / report this review -

Rude staff, with terrible knowledge at the bar. Never asked if we would like to order additional beverages, or dinner. Had to tell the bartender how to make a basic drink. (Cape Cod.) Watched rude looks to everyone that walked in, with the exception of the hostess and friends that were gathered at the bar. Only concern they had for our table, was the credit card ticket they seemed to have misplaced from previous patrons.

Don't Waste your time eating at this dump of a restaurant. Prices are ludachrist and food is mediocre. The only reason, and I mean the single only reason, anyone would ever eat here is for The View. And the view is better 50 ft down the street next to the incline.

By far the best place to eat on Mt. Washington. As a long time resident I have eaten there dozens of times. I love the food, service and that view is absolutely beautiful! Not too mention they are the only restaurant open for lunch and also the only one with outside seating. I even rented out the top deck for a private party and it was amazing!!! I would love to try to get it reserved for Fourth of July!! Thank you for all the amazing food, service and great times!!!!

Service was very slow. We got our order an hour after we got there. The pizza tasted like it came out of a box. The cheese was the powdered kind that you buy off the grocery shelf and the tomatoes were cold and seemed like it was from a can. The pizza was cold and I had to send it back. After I got it back, I still couldn't eat it. The wine and beer was overprized. $9 for a beer.
The good part about this restaurant is the view of Pittsburg. Amazing.response / report this review -

Went here for lunch on a Thursday. Slow service, rude staff, huge ant in my water. When we tried to find our waitress after waiting 15 min to place our order, I was told by another staff member, "I dont know who your waitress is." Will not go back. Oh, and a $15 stale Flatbread single serve pizza. Great experience, not.
