The store manager, Tara, was super friendly and helpful in allowing me to exchange my 3 week old bag that has some stitching that had come loose on the inside pocket. I really appreciate the level of customer service, a lost art these days.

Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful! I was so indecisive but one of the sales associate helped me find three things that I liked! Very affordable too!
