  I had a garage door installed by this company. One of the guys that came out was really polite and professional. We talked about how to install it, what to do when it doesn't work, etc. They were very quick, had the whole thing done within an hour and did a great job.

  They were great. Cleveland Garage Door Pros Repair & Installation arrived a few hours after I called. He spent at least 1 1/2 hours repairing it. He also replaced a few small parts that caused some strain on the door when it opened and closed. It runs smoother now than it did brand new. The little adjustments he made will probably help me avoid another repair in the near future.

  Customer service is key, and Cleveland Garage Door Pros gets it. I needed to have my garage door repaired in preparation for selling my home. I called on Tuesday evening, and was able to schedule a repair for Wednesday. Every single interaction, from the first call to set the appointment, to the actual repair, was about as easy as I could have ever imagined. Alex, from Cleveland Garage Door Pros talked me through each step, provided me with a full explanation of the needed repairs with a set cost, which was less money than I had prepared myself to fix my pesky door. He made the repairs that afternoon, and provided a prompt email upon payment that had a lifetime warranty on the rollers. If you're looking for quality and service for your garage door, go with this company. Five stars all of the way!

  My garage door spring snapped and I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. This company was able to accommodate same day service within two hours from inquiry which was awesome!
  
  Mark arrived on site, he replaced the spring and suggested to change the cables as well since they were rusting and in bad shape.
  
  The whole appointment was done in 30 minutes, very quick and convenient. They gave me a 2 year warranty on all the parts.
  
  I'm satisfied with the service and will reach out in the future if necessary.
