Slow, apathetic, sarcastic employees. I asked the man who helped me get a new license to make sure I received my court order back. He shrugged it off while processing the license, and I left the counter after we were finally done. Of course, he forgot to give me the order back like I requested ,and I almost left the facility and would have had to drive back from home or who knows he would have probably claimed he gave it back. Then there's the passport facility. I planned my ENTIRE day around their sign that says they are open from 2-4. I got there at 3:15 and the lady told me she wasn't taking any new customers. She said there was too many people. So clerk of courts you should change your sign. People have children, jobs, lives and need to be able to plan accordingly.
