Hit or miss sometimes great service sometimes the bar tenders are nowhere to be found. I think they all take cig breaks at same time

Food is decent and decently priced but I can't get past the horrible service we received there. I would say go for the bar and not the food because you'll end up waiting to hours.

Great food and atmosphere. Great view of the lake and port. Great live music. Great owners and really great staff. We make it a point to eat the at least twice whenever we go up that way. Definitely stop in here if you can, you won't regret it!

Can I give it no stars??? Okay, so me and my friends family arrived at cleats at 8:00 pm. The second we got there we knew what we wanted, the snack sampler. The mean waitress (snail we call her because she moves slow as one) took our drink order and took at least 20 minutes to return (if you plan on getting a refill, don't count on the snail to get you oneyou have to walk into the bar and get your own). Then we were finally able to order (appetizers only keep in mind) around 8:25 (while ordering we were informed that they "ran out" of the mozzarella stickswhich was the reason I wanted the snack sampler). And this is why we will never return to this cleats againit took about an hour or more to get our single appetizerwhich is all we ordered. By the time we received our food the place was closed!!! We surprisingly were not the most mistreated customers there, the poor gentleman next to us was ignored by the snail every time it passed! He decided to take matters into his own hands and go get his drinks on his own. We received not an apology from the snail but the remark "yeah well I don't cook the food". What disrespect. We gave the snail her well deserved tip, a cent for every minute we waited. We will never return here again and I highly recommend you don't either.
P.S.- if you order the chili queso, be prepared to receive Fritos as your "chips"response / report this review -

Worst food we've had in a while. The garlic parmesan sauce on half of the traditional wings looked and tasted like a pale flour gravy. The Cajun dry rub on the rest might have been pretty good except the wings were so overcooked it was like trying to chew dusted leather. The menu states that the chicken fingers platter comes with one side and coleslaw, yet they brought it out with just a side of pasta salad and then initially argued about it. They did end up bringing the slaw (after they took away the pasta), which tasted like wet cabbage. If it hadn't been for the fast service and friendly server, I would only be giving one star for this disappointment of a meal.

We, love the food and service is great, employees friendly. Was quick to be seated. Oh, the beautiful outside we well keep coming up when at the lake. Thanks for making our visit a ood visit.

Outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the lake and marina. Coconut shrimp appetizer - incredible! We split a Ribs & shrimp combo w/fries. It was delicious & plenty to eat. Very good service and a fun live band. At the end of our meal we just sat back and enjoyed the magnificent sunset!
