  Been doing food plan for better part of a year. You can lose weight easily just by eating pre-portioned meals that are not frozen with a bunch of preservatives. To treat yourself, try the chocolate / peanut butter snacks they have.

  Really cool concept and good food. We tried the pretzel bites, clean Mac and cheese (with buffalo chicken), and a bison burger. All pretty tasty considering everything being whole wheat and/or low(ish) cal. Our only complaints are that the pretzel bites were a little heavy on the oregano(?) and the Mac and cheese sauce was a bit watery. All things considered, we'll be back!

  First time there and felt welcomed and shown around right away to the amazing things they offer. Our build your own bowls were so good! Fresh and full of flavor! We also bought six take home meals and two Buffalo chicken cauliflower crust pizzas. We had one pizza for dinner last night and it was really delicious! We wish they were closer to us in Prescott Vallley!

  I’m glad to have a place like this in the area! Lots of options to choose from and all clean ingredients. If you don’t want to make prep, you can definitely pickup some healthy pre-made options.
  
  If you bring kids, they do have a kids menu that isn’t listed on their main boards. I was glad that my kids really enjoyed their pizza rolls and apples/peanut butter.
  
  Their “drinks” listed with meals only include their fresh made water with strawberry, cucumber, mint infused. They also had 3 different teas freshly brewed.
  
  They have items listed as smoothies, but these are more just protein and purees blended together. They do not have fresh fruit to make a custom smoothie.
  
  I had a bowl with spinach, broccoli, chicken, carrots, and brown rice that was really fresh. I highly recommend adding one of their clean spice blends.

  Well I was beyond surprised to see how much we enjoyed this place. I didn’t expect to want to go back again and again. We wanted something lighter, not a full blown restaurant, and not fast food. I feel like this place is somewhat in the middle but providing exceptional taste and good quantity. I will be coming back here for more and most likely will start purchasing some of their take home meal prep meals. Even my toddler had something and he very much loved it. Must try if you want something healthy.
