If you want authentic German sausages and cold cuts, go there, The prices are VERY reasonable and comparable to the deli in a supermarket, but the quality is MUCH better

One of the few meat markets left. Great staff friendly and knowledgeable. Only place you can get jowl bacon. Love the house sausage use it in Sausage and biscuits. CASH ONLY!

I am German. I love the kind of things they make and can tell you honestly that their quality is high and prices are reasonable. One cant get that kind of European quality anywhere else in Indy!!!!

Bring cash, they mostly do business this way. If you like brat's get a growler of local beer and claus's german sausage. These are some of the best kielbasa I have ever had. I also recommend the hard salami.

Just had these guys turn 20 lbs of venison into pan sausage and burger and they nailed it! You guys and gals that grind your deer meat need to give Claus a shot! This will be the only place I get venison burgers and sausage from here on out! Great service and very reasonably priced, keep it up Claus!
