This place is ok I guess. Last time I was there they had the receiving dock under construction so there was no place to turn the trucks around to hit a door, so you had to back in all the way from the entry gate.
Appt time was 0800, arrived at 0720 behind 9 other inbound trucks. I was done at about 0910. I don't think they take inbound freight until 0800.

Unloading process is ridiculous, good luck if you bring a load to this location! Not to mention y'all be guessing where shipping office is or where to check in. But y'all check at door 35.

I have been a customer of them for sometime. They owe me a credit and will not off set it to my purchases. Mindy from AR told the drivers not to give credit, but to keep doing it later. 3 weeks later, I still can't get it applied to new purchases. They just want to keep my money. This is totally wrong!
