I was very lucky to meet and deal with Ivan at Classic Audi when I decided to go browse for an Audi. It was beyond my wildest expectations that I would be leasing an Audi (considering this was my first time leasing y own car), and Ivan made it happen! He is very informed about all of the models and made it so simple and such a pleasure when choosing what was right for me. From test driving to answering any questions, Ivan was always available and went above and beyond. He got me the best deal possible, lower than what I had initially negotiated, which was such a pleasant surprise. I am in love with the Audi we found for me and would go nowhere else but to Ivan when I get my next car. He always follows up to make sure I am happy with the car. Even days later, when I needed help with the blue-tooth he had me come in and took the time to explain all of the functions to me again. He knows his stuff! Informed, professional, reliable and a true European gentleman! A++

Car is great, Classic Audi is just awful. This was the worst car buying experience I have had and the shame of it is it should have been a slam-dunk 5 stars rating, but instead I really wish I could rate them -1. I bought a CPO car which, among other things, is supposed to come clean and with a full tank of gas. At delivery simple/silly things were wrong, items weren’t fixed properly, car was filthy (They actually said “sorry we don’t have a hose to rinse it” while we were watching their detailer work on another car for delivery) and it had no gas (Peter, the sales person, told me “sorry the fuel light is on, we took $40 off the price - go down the block an fill it up yourself” and BTW It cost me more than $40 to fill the car). About 3 weeks later, and before my temporary registration expired, I had to chase them to find out where my registration was. Needless to say, after multiple follow-ups, I went days without being able to drive my car because they didn’t get me the registration before the temporary one expired. All they would say is “it’s not our fault we use a vendor to go to DMV”. Classic Audi seemed completely unable to understand that it was their vendor and therefore their responsibility. They also tried to explain to me that it was OK to drive the car on expired tags. Two Classic Audi employees told me “I’ve never seen anyone get a ticket for that, you should be OK” (my attorney and my insurance agent got a good chuckle at that). To top things off they owed me what they referred to as “a small refund” (not sure who they are to judge what is a “small” dollar amount to me) which took me almost 2 months and multiple follow-ups to get. When I finally got the refund they withheld fees which I was explicitly told would not apply…yet somehow they did (hint - remember their vendor that couldn’t get me my plates on time?). But hey these are just “small” amounts of my money so what should it really matter right? These guys are just awful to deal with, especially Peter. They don’t communicate well, they don’t understand their products or customer service and they weren’t true to their word. If you do decide to get an Audi (again I love the vehicle) I recommend you avoid this dealership.

For what it’s worth my wife’s current car is coming off lease soon and now she won’t even look at the Audi after dealing with Classic Audi. Her comment was “why would I buy a car from a company that has dealerships like this to represent their brand?”.

Oh and yes I did make Audi Corporate aware my experience and the agent I am working with was mortified.

I visited this dealer already three times and I have to wait for long time and every time I leave without buying the car. Several salesman reading news on the computer but did not provided services because later on they had appointments. I understand, but if you are not doing anything, work. Extremely disappointed

after 2-3 visits, finally I did an appointment. The service was great. Then, the lesson is make an appointment. No appointment no service

On the positive side they're not pushy and they are no nonsense - on the negative side, they barely have any cars on their lot and feel no urgency to bring one from their storage lot for a test drive.

On Wednesday morning I saw one car on the lot which was already sold so I was not able to test drive it. I was told they would get me a car by the afternoon or next day at the latest. Next day I called to see what was happening and the person who took my call told me that the sales person was not in and I should call back first thing Friday and maybe they could get me a car by Saturday. It's not that I am not willing to wait a few hours - its that after 4 days and several calls and emails I have not heard back from anyone other than the reply to my google review.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Classic Audi for 25+ years since my schools days. Despite living in NYC and only a few blocks from another Audi dealer, I always come back to Classic Audi because of the hard working and dedicated team working there. Both the Sales (Tim/Ivan) and Service department (Jeff/Connie) are professional and welcoming. More importantly they make customers feel like an important part of the Audi family.

Tim and Ivan in the Sales Department are extremely knowledgeable, even down to deep technical questions, which shows their commitment to truly understanding their product as well as being able to impart that information clearly to their customers. Very rarely have I personally encountered this much commitment. In addition, they are willing to share their knowledge in an un-hurried and non-pressured manner. When it gets to sales, they are straight forward….which is rare and refreshing: no extraneous extras or undisclosed fees, and the numbers are always accurate. In short, the Sales organization is a pleasure to deal with through out the entire sales process.

The Service Department led by Jeff and Connie is equally impressive. They too are extremely informed and knowledgeable. In addition, their service is quick, accurate and well done. I have never had to return to have a service “re-done”. They do it right the first time and they take pride in their job. In addition they have established a pleasant environment if you chose to wait while for your car to be serviced.

In my opinion Classic Audi is a great dealership and has raised the bar well above other dealerships. We may have done some window-shopping elsewhere, but when the time comes to consider a new car, my family has always come back to Classic Audi and I frequently recommend the dealership to friends and coworkers.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tim Shishko, Ivan Boros and Classic Audi! I shopped all over Long Island for a new lease and did a ton of research online. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I drove up to see the dealership from Long Island and it was well worth the trip!!! The customer service was out of this world and the prices were better than any other dealership I went to. I will always lease or purchase vehicles from Classic Audi because I know I am getting the best deal and service out there. Thank you Tim, Ivan and Classic Audi - you were outstanding!!!

Ivan and Classic Audi made it so easy for us to purchase a car! We shopped around all over NYC from Queens to Brookyln to even LI. Other dealers ether did not have the car we wanted or had issues with customer service or had outrageous dealer fees($1400?). Ivan and Classic Audi were up front about pricing and fees, they were also very accommodating. I would gladly travel 30 NYC miles out of the way and pay the tolls to work with Ivan and Classic Audi again.

They have a wide selection but not of the top Audi's. You will not find an i8 there. They only stock top salers, which makes sense. They have certified pre-owned and new. Sales associate was very nice.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a luxury car dealership! The employees are straight out of central casting, right down to the lousy attitude. If you make an appointment, don't expect that to mean anything. Classic Audi has held a monopoly stanglehold on Westchester County for years, but FINALLY a new dealer group that knows how to treat customers with respect is opening a modern large dealership for Audi lovers in Hawthorne, NY!
