I had a great experience of Clark's. Their service was quick and reasonably priced. I'm only in VA for a short time, but I'll use Clark's any time my car has issues.

My mom's ac quit working and they charged $114.00 to fix it.still not fixed, so we brought it back only to be charged MORE money, $137.00, of which Wayne said would not be much because of the o rings, so in other words he lied to HER face. We bring it back again today and they want to charge her a THIRD time.another $100, or $800 for the evaporator coilNOT counting the $251.77 that she already owes. They don't KNOW what the issue is, guess they go into it blindly and say, "Hey, maybe this will do it." They claim to be religious and rip people off this way?! SHAME ON THEM!

I always have a great experience when I have service done at Clark's. The entire team is friendly, professional, and helpful. They take time to explain any new service suggestions and I never worry that I will be overcharged. I would recommend this auto service center to anyone new to the area who is looking for prompt and reliable care for their car.
